This holiday home with its unique charm has been awakened from its slumber and has just been freshly renovated and lovingly furnished.
It features a total of three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Also on the upper floor is an open loft, serving as a cosy retreat for relaxation. On the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy cosy evenings with a glass of wine and the soothing sounds of the adjacent grove and the nearby Schlei.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace that also faces west.

The holiday home is located in a small holiday home community just a five-minute drive from Kappeln’s city centre. It’s only a few metres’ walk to the Schlei, a Baltic Sea fjord, and several Baltic Sea beaches are also very close by.
The idyllic port town of Kappeln, situated on the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, is a state-recognized resort town, known among other things as the filming location “Deekelsen” in the ZDF series “Der Landarzt.”
Nestled in a gently rolling landscape directly on the Schlei, near the Baltic Sea, Kappeln is located in a holiday region that offers ideal conditions for a wide variety of activities on land and water.
