Are you ready to vacation in your luxury 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath town home in the middle of Paradise with spectacular ocean views? When you first arrive at Seaside Escape, you will be warmly greeted with beautiful appointed interior and information galore about your Marathon stay, including what to do, places to go, where to eat, with someone always available to answer your questions. There is so much about Marathon that you will adore such as wonderful restaurants, unique experiences and all kinds of adventures for all ages!

The wonders of this expansive villa start at the front garden, featuring a warmly inviting porch with tropical greenery at the entrance. Lovely and romantic French doors at the back let in fresh air in the fall, winter, and spring. The spacious second floor master bedroom suite has a king size bed, 55" HD Flat Screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks. You will fall in love with its balcony where you will enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and sunsets that you will forever remember with joy.

In this well laid out town home, the second delightful upstairs bedroom has a dreamy Queen bed with a 27" flat screen TV and a balcony with a bistro set to relax with your morning coffee. The third bedroom features two twin beds, making the villa a very comfortable destination for up to 6 people upstairs! Washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the bathroom near the two bedrooms.

There are so many entertaining areas and abundant seating for your enjoyment with the 1600 square feet open floor plan, along with 4 covered decks, all with beautiful and comfortable furniture to relax in and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the back two! The huge living room is a great area for entertaining and playing games. The pool is a short walk while being far enough away to be the perfect balance. You can make use of the large charcoal barbecue grills at the dock…even make it a picnic.

The protected boat dock gives easy gulf and fast ocean access. Bring your own boat up to 35 feet with deep water moorage at the dock or rent a boat or jet ski just around the corner. Double the fun with nearby rentals of paddle boards, kayaks, or bring your own water toys. 6 lovely beach towels and rolling cooler are provided for your use.

Indigo Reef - Fabulous get away!

What they say in their listing but better! Very clean, plenty of space for 2 couples. The property has a fabulous pool! Very close to beaches and many good restaurants! An hour away from Key West. Walk the 7 mile bridge (4 miles). So fun, so relaxing! Great communication with Mario & Louders. We will be back!

First time visit to Marathon. My family and I stayed at the Seaside Escape. The villa had everything we needed . It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything for cooking meals so we didn’t really eat out much. I loved sitting on the back deck while the kids went fishing on the canal pier. The pool was so nice and was only a quick walk from the home . Beach towels and chairs were available for our use. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with . Would definitely recommend Seaside Escape.

Paradise Found: Stunning Views & Tranquility

Our stay at Indigo Reef Resort in Marathon was nothing short of fantastic. The property was beautifully maintained, featuring stylish décor and spacious indoor and outdoor areas that made relaxing a breeze. The views—especially the sunsets—were breathtaking, and we spent every evening on the porch, wine in hand, taking in the stunning scenery.Traveling with an infant was seamless, thanks to the thoughtful inclusion of a high chair and pack and play. The pool was perfect—secluded and peaceful—making it an ideal spot to unwind. While the air traffic out of Marathon was noticeable, it added an interesting touch rather than being disruptive.The house had everything we needed, and the owners were excellent with communication, making check-in easy and hassle-free. Though we regret not utilizing the boat slip, it was a valuable perk. The location was also great, with plenty of activities within a short drive.Overall, a wonderful stay at a picturesque and well-equipped property—we would absolutely return!

The Key to a Dream Vacay

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We were very comfortable with the accommodations, well, actually spoiled explains it better! The thoughtful conveniences spread around the house really took this stay to the next level. I can’t overstate it! The property and pool were devine, beautiful sunsets! The ocean is beautiful, the food delicious, and the people of Marathon were very friendly. We will definitely be back! Places we ate: breakfast - Stouts, lunch/supper - Porky’s, Island Fish Co., Lazy Days South, Moon Dogs (Key West) We visited: Curry Hammock and Bahia Honda St. Parks, Key West, 7 Mile Bridge, Coffins Patch, Samantha’s Reef We rented kayaks from Keys Kayaks for the week. We also did “Dive in a Day” and snorkeling with Captain Hooks.

Nice but cold and dark

This is hard. I have never written a bad review before. The first day I went out for a walk and I got locked out of their electronic key system for three hours. They finally called me back and I got access to actual keys. They should have a contact number available 24/7.The lighting in the unit was cold and the switches were confusing and some were useless. It needs a new interior designer. However, the master bedroom was great. This one is off my list. Mario and Lourdes were very nice. I just wish they were more attentive.

Stunning house, perfect location, great hosts!

We had the most wonderful stay at this fabulous house. The property is beautifully furnished to a very high spec and is so clean throughout, loads of space and really well equipped. It really takes your breath away when you arrive. The location is awesome too - we loved Marathon and Indigo Reef (the lovely pool and boat dock are a huge plus) and the actual location of the house is arguably one of the best on the site. The terrace from the living room looks out to stunning sunsets over the sea - so we enjoyed some super dinners ‘at home’. And the review would not be complete without a shout to Mario and Lourdes’ wonderful hospitality - they went out of their way to make us feel at home, even leaving a welcome hamper and fresh flowers. Communication was great, but not intrusive (including great recommendations on boat rental and restaurants) - we were so grateful for all their help. If we could give this property 10 stars instead of 5, honestly we would - having rented through VRBO and others for many years, this is one of our best experiences. Huge thanks to Mario and Lourdes for a fabulous vacation.

Wow! A++ Property & Hosts

Holy Cow! The property was spectacular. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, and the townhouse is gorgeous. It's very spacious and updated all around. Chairs, couches and beds are very comfortable. The 3 bedrooms all access very nice decks, and there's a large deck off of the main level facing the water. Fantastic place to watch the sunsets. The hosts were probably the most accommodating and gracious that I've run across. They contacted us several times to see what they could do to help us enjoy our vacation, and even offered to send the cleaning crew back out if we found anything that needed tending to (we didn't - - everything was perfect). The hosts were very responsive to emails and/or texts, and I really had the impression that they wanted everything to go perfect for us. They seem like very nice people. Don't think twice about booking this property - you won't regret it. It's probably in one of the better locations of all the units. Most of the units face a common courtyard where the docks and pool is located, this one (along with a strip of 5-6 others) is much more private and sits off from the rest. Parking is right in front of the unit. I usually find at least some small negative things to mention in a review, but I honestly have nothing negative to say about the property or the hosts. I'd rate it higher than perfect if there were such a thing.

We now visit the Villa almost every weekend and have developed a love for what we call paradise. There is something about the Florida Keys, Marathon and the locals that just makes it a great place to unwind and relax. Whether you enjoy the world class fishing or just relaxing in our resort you will never forget a vacation in Marathon, We love sharing our favorite spots and welcome any questions. Why they chose this property

We have always loved vacationing in the Florida Keys and when it came time to look for a vacation rental property, we knew it had to be in the keys. We looked at many properties, but the minute we drove into Indigo Reef we fell in love! When we arrived at the front gates, we immediately knew that this was exactly what we were searching for. Beautiful ornate gates open to a winding driveway surrounded by beautiful landscaping and then you end up seeing the resort with its typical Florida Keys architecture. It is serene, manicured, just beautiful!

What makes this property unique

We recall that when the Realtor opened the door to Villa #3 we were in awe. Our dream was always to have a place with a water view and here we were standing at our future front door looking at what we now call lovingly our own private blue lagoon. The shades of the back door were open and all we could see was water! Our little piece of paradise has all that we were hoping for and more! Morning coffee has never been this good! And the SUNSETS! We have a perfect sunset view from our living room and master bedroom balcony! We don't ever tire of looking at the sunsets. We can post photos, but honestly, they don't do it justice. You must see it for yourself!
