With 7 cozy beds, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining for 8, there's room for everyone. Relax in the comfy living room and create lasting memories together. The 1st floor has the dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath
Bedroom 1 - King. Bedroom 2 - Full. Bedroom 3 - 2 twins. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is split into 2 rooms but you must walk through one to get to the other. The first room has a queen and the second room has a king.

The third floor has one king bed, a full bath, and a hang-out area.

The backyard is private but not fully fenced in.

Amazing gem in the heart of the city

We had an amazing time in our friends weekend. This property allowed us to have plenty of room to hang out and just be. The property was very clean and well decorated! We were so close to great restaurants and bars. Just a perfect spot!

The property is perfect for a fun KC Trip! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for this group! We enjoyed the front porch and private backyard as much as the first floor living area. Lance did a great job of communicating to us! It made for a 5 star weekend!

A great stay for a group trip

Stayed here with my college best friends and our families, kids and dog included. We felt was had enough space and were very comfortable. Lance was super helpful and checked in via message from time-to-time. It is an older house so a little noisy but there are earplugs provided and we also noticed some rooms had a white noise machine. The upstairs level was perfect for the couple with the 2-year-old who needed naps away from the group. We would definitely stay here again!

great house - no sleep

The house was great. No kitchen towels and night club nearby had music so loud the base made sleep inpossible. Not good for family with children or those who want to sleep at night.

Perfect bachelorette party house

The property was very clean. The design style was super cute and charming. Plenty of seating throughout the house. Great location- less than 10 min drive to the power and light district. The only thing that wasn’t great was we could not use the outdoor seating in the backyard as there were lots of oak mites present. Thankfully the front porch had plenty of chairs so we spent most of our time there. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this cute house in downtown KC.

House is beautiful. Had to call electrical company upon arrival due to gas leak. Couldn’t immediately reach the owner. Hot water heater had a leak so had to continuously turn hot water off and on as it was needed. Encourage the owners to finish the backyard and provide seating.
