About this property

This is a privately owned, waterfront property on Lake Campbell, Brookings, SD. This home has all the cozy feels from wood burning and gas fireplaces, to a 3-season sunroom with a spectacular view of the lake, to a great nights sleep in any of the themed bedrooms! This home sleeps 12 in beds and has room for 5 more with our inflatable Queen mattress and 3 sleeping bags with bed rolls. There is a golf course and fabulous restaurant at the Brookings Country Club within a mile, and you can swim in the lake and play on the private beach and keep your jetski on our complimentary lift! The boat launch is less than a 1/2 mile away! We are a Bed N Breakfast and offer a variety of wonderful breakfast items for a Do-it-Your-Way breakfast! Included are: eggs, hardboiled eggs, cereal, instant oatmeal, pancake/waffle mix, bread, grape and strawberry jelly, fresh fruit, milk, juice, waters, and limited sodas. Brookings, home of the Jackrabbits of SDSU, the SD Children's Museum, many Boutiquie and Antique shops, bowling, simulator golf at Tee'd Off, and only 45 minutes from the Terry Redlin Museum, or your choice of 2 zoos! Come and Relax with us!

Easy and convenient

Our stay was great. House was clean and super close to town and the event we needed to get to everyday. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful!!

We had a wonderful sibling/cousin gathering! Such a beautiful, peaceful setting!! So clean, delicious food available, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood! Absolutely could not have been better!! Loved our stay!! Will definitely be coming back in the future!!! Thankfull to have found this place!!❤️

Fabulous house, Poor Lake

The home was great! Clean, tons of little extras you don't see very often. Not sure what was up with the lake but it was very poor. Smelled horrible, full of algae and the shore was soooo rocky you had to wear shoes. If your going here for the lake you may not enjoy it. Overall the house is great and large enough for many people!

Very Relaxing Beautiful Vacation Rental

Very nice, well organized, in a good quiet neighborhood. The house had many features that accommodated a large group with mixed ages such as plenty of separate sleeping areas, large sun room, two TV rooms and plenty of outside space for lawn games. Great for having fun and relaxing.

Hi, I'm Keri and this is my husband! My brother and I grew up in Brookings! We have enjoyed skiing and tubing on the lake since we were in high school! Our parents have also enjoyed time on the lake in their boat and entertaining guests in their home. We hope to carry on that enjoyment of families and friends being together and making great memories!

Our parents made an effort to get friends together and were so hospitable! They shared fun, laughter, hunting excursions, lake time, food, and lots of love! We hope to carry on this tradition with our Bed and Breakfast! Enjoy some downtime and some easy breakfasts so you have more time for fun!

What makes this property unique

There are so many benefits to staying here! You have a great outdoor space with the large yard! You will enjoy the lake from our sturdy dock and swim at the best private beach on the lake! There is also a complementary jet-ski lift for our guests who bring their own jet-ski! Access to the attached garage for 2 vehicles during the summer and 1 vehicle during the winter. We also provide many simple breakfast items including but not limited to: Pancake/waffle mix, cereal, bread, fresh fruit, juice, and water! The house is spacious and has 3 themed bedrooms to enjoy a restful night's sleep! We are located in a quiet private neighborhood.
