Great house for a family adventure or relaxing days on the World renowned Siesta Key beach with its pristine powdery white sands only a few miles away.

Several nearby beaches and incredible shopping spots including the famous Mall at UTC. Low shed dog friendly home. Game room, back yard patio and outdoor gas grill for your enjoyment.
Nearby waterways, including the inter-coastal, for boating, jet skiing, parasailing and several other water adventures to explore! Walking distance to several restaurants with nearby Walmart and Publix for your shopping needs. Less than 1 mile to an entrance on the Legacy biking & walking trail that spans 10 miles from Sarasota to Venice Beach.
