The property itself is a brand new build. This entire 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms is filled with designer furniture. It’s located in great location, just couple minutes away from downtown Fullerton, Buena Park, about 10-15 mins drive to Disneyland and surrounding areas. This house was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. New, beautiful, cozy and in pristine condition, this is a perfect place to accommodate you, your family and friends.
The home is newly built so you can expect a nice, clean and overall excellent stay.

There’s one parking spot available
inside the garage, one on the driveway and additional street parking if needed.

The house doesn’t have backyard.

The place was great, and just as expected. Checking in was a challenge, as we weren’t receiving check in info from the host on our app, and when we finally got that, we were trying to get into the wrong house (apparently there are two homes with the same address)

The unit is on the side street. The garage was handy. A new washer and dryer are available; you need laundry detergent. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes. There were paper towels and cleaning supplies but no kitchen towels. The 2 bathrooms are clean and have both tubs and showers. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. 2 bath towels were supplied for each bed room. The beds are comfy with a duvet covered comforter. The AC unit worked well and kept the house comfortable while we were there. The living room is spacious with Roku tv. Theme parks were a quick 12 minute drive and easy with Uber! Saved parking costs and lots of time! There are grocery stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. We had easy and efficient communication with the owner. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Booked this place for a weekend at Disney and it was great. Only 10-15 minute drive from the park. Located in a cute, peaceful neighborhood. The property felt clean and nice. Other than it being in a community with very “close” neighbors (we are from Texas w 3 acres) the stay was great. The host was amazing and able to bring the 2 requested items within a few hours (blender and large pot to cook for 6). The house was clean and decorated cute! We loved our trip!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was my first time booking a VRBO and I am so glad I did. The house was wonderful! We needed a place to stay while on our trip for Disney. This home was about a 15 minute drive to the parks and had what we needed. It’s not entirely in the nicest neighborhood as one night we were woken to someone screaming very loudly outside the home around 1 AM. I appreciated having a garage to park our car in so it didn’t have to be outside on the street. I would’ve given the place a 5 star rating however the fridge & freezer smelt very strongly of garlic and fish. I let the host know and was told that they would be over to clean it and had some stuff to help with the smell, but it didn’t seem as though that happened. I’m sure the previous guest was keeping their garlicky fish meal in the fridge which caused it to smell. Again, this place was great for just needing a place to stay while visiting Disney.
