About this property

Comfortable apartment 4 - 6 people, centrally located

Our apartment house is sunny and quiet right in the center of Stumm. Inns, restaurants, shops and the supermarket are within easy walking distance. The ski bus stop is just 50 m from the house. The ski bus will take you in a few minutes to the valley station of the gondola lifts in Kaltenbach. They take you to the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area.

The total of 7 apartments for 2-8 persons are spread over 3 floors. The apartments in the 3. Floor have some slight sloping ceilings in individual rooms. On the first floor, the lounge invites our guests to get together after skiing (until about 22 o'clock at room volume).

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alles vorgefunden, was wir zum alltäglichen Leben benötigten. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind sehr eng, aber immerhin hat jede Wohnung einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Lage ist bezaubernd und auch der Ort Stumm hat uns sehr gut gefallen und uns alles geboten, was wir für unseren Urlaub benötigt haben. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, verschiedene Restaurants, kleine Läden und das großartige Freibad waren fußläufig zu erreichen.

Einfach, aber alles in bester Ordnung

Ausreichend große Ferienwohnung mit allen nötigen Ausstattungen. Schöne ruhige Lage im wunderschönen Stumm. Einrichtung ist rustikal, viel Holz, aber sauber und in gutem Zustand. Bad ist mit Wanne und Duschvorhang, innenliegend, einfach gehalten. Toilette ist getrennt, dass ist ja oft von Vorteil. Schlüssel bekommt man sehr unkompliziert per Code direkt vor Ort. Das Objekt hat mehrere Apartments und jedes hat einen Stellplatz direkt vomr Haus. Alles in allem alles da und unkompliziert. Sehr positiv war: jedes Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen Balkon, der Blick von da umwerfend. Störend waren die Geräusche, die von den überall vorhandenen Leuchtstoffröhren ausging.
