Newly built apartment in a central location

Enjoy your holiday in our state-of-the-art, well-equipped and newly built apartment, which is located in the heart of the Zillertal.

Our facilities: 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and 1 extra toilet, kitchen and living room, terrace.

You can safely park your car in our underground car park and get directly to the elevator in your apartment.

We also have a ski storage room with ski boot heater and bicycles can be accommodated in summer.

Location: very central - the train / bus station is located about 100 m as the crow flies. Cycling, mountain and hiking trails are within easy reach.
The nearest ski resort Hochzillertal is about 900 meters away.

Top! Volledig volgens beschrijving!

Prachtig appartement. Tip top verzorgd. Voldeed aan alle verwachtingen conform foto’s en beschrijving. Super aardige gastvrouwen. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving en kijken terug op een heerlijke vakantie. Tip aan de eigenaresse: tweede ovenwant, slabestek, frikandellentang en vooral spatdeksels koekepan. Wellicht n toaster nog fijn.

Erholsame Tage im Zillertal

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es hat uns ans nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle, gehobene Ausstattung, ist sehr modern und sehr saber eingerichtet. Von dort aus konnten wir das Zillertal gut erkunden. Besonders angenehm war die Tiefgarage mit direktem Aufzug zu unserer Wohnung. Einziges Manko: der Bahnhof liegt Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in idealer Ausgangslage

Wir waren im August eine Woche hier im Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was wir als Familie benötigt haben. Auch die Lage war für uns sehr günstig. Alle nähren Bergbahnen waren in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto oder direkt mit der Zillertalbahn zu erreichen. Sehr netter und komplikationsloser Empfang und Abwicklung durch die Gastgeberin. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen!

tolle, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung im Zillertal

Wunderbares Feriendomizil im Zillertal. Mit allem, was es für einen gemütlichen, erholsamen Ferienaufenthalt gemeinhin so braucht, ausgestattet. Sehr sauber, keine Staubfänger. Die Gastfamilie hat einen professionellen gastronomischen Hintergrund, was für uns Gäste natürlich angenehm spürbar war. Beste, einfache und herzliche Kommunikation. Einfachster check-in/out. Die Wohnung in Ried liegt zentral, das Tal kann einfach entdeckt werden. Ja, man hört gelegentlich die Bahn, die am Haus vorbeifährt, was jedoch für uns nicht weiter störend war. Solide Bauweise, lärmdichte Fenster. Wir sind Vielreisende und können die Wohnung wirklich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Preis/Leistung passt! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Die Lage direkt an der Straße und am Bahnhof war uns etwas zu laut

Top Wohnung, verkehrsreiche Lage

Moderne, helle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, immer hilfsbereit. Leider laute Wohnung, da Lage direkt am einer Haltestelle der Zillertaler Eisenbahn und einer Straße.

Ruim en heel mooi appartement op een top locatie

Direct bij binnenkomst viel op dat de plaatjes op de website volledig overeenkomen. Het is een heel ruim opgezet appartement. Weliswaar aan het spoorbaantje, maar daar totaal geen last van gehad. Het station is op loopafstand en daar kun je kiezen om de trein te nemen of de skibus. Ook met de auto ben je in 3 minuten in Kaltenbach en zijn de andere skilocaties prima te bereiken.
