About this property

Luxurious loft - super comfortable with a beautiful view newly renovated - 120sqm

During Oktoberfest we rent our loft. It is a penthouse with 3 rooms with open plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with large bathtub and rain shower. It is fully equipped including free Wi-Fi (WIFI). 2 bedrooms, the master with a VISPRING box spring bed 2, x2m for 2 persons. The guest room can accommodate 2 more people with a size of 1,5mx2,1cm (sofa bed). The guestroom offers another place for 2 people with the size of 1,5mx2,1cm (sleeper sofa). It is located in the center of Grünwald, in 200m you will find everything for daily use such as bakery, butcher, drugstore, supermarket and over 16 restaurants within walking distance. There are personal belongings in the loft. We have 2 cats, so cat hair can always be found in the penthouse. So it's not for people with cat allergy.
Public transport (tram 25 to downtown Munich) is 5 min. walk away. 3 min. on foot is an e-bike station, where you can conveniently rent the e-bikes via the app.

Grünwald is known for its prominent residents such as players of FC Bayern Munich and many actors. The Bavaria Film Studios in Grünwald are easily accessible by tram. The theme park offers a swimming pool, tennis courts and great sports facilities.
