The apartment is on the 1st Floor of the house "Derk Juist". The "Derk Juist" house, built around 1906, is family-owned by the third generation. It was named after the father of the current owner, who was the last to run the "Juist bakery" there.

The house is located in the middle of the old, quiet center. In a few minutes' walk you can reach all important destinations such as the promenade and the main bathing beach, the indoor pool "Gezeitenland", the children's play house, the cultural island, where lectures, concerts and exhibitions take place and the Inselkino shows its films.
