Summary:
This BRAND NEW 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse has everything you need for a memorable Bear Lake trip. We have 4 electric scooters that you can roam the city with, or get to and from the grocery store right across the street. With fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a king bed, and a huge family room/loft, this place will be perfect for your next vacation to Bear Lake. During your stay, launch your boat conveniently right down the street.

The Space:
This Townhome has everything you need. It's within walking distance of several popular restaurants, hikes, and only a 15-minute drive to Beaver Mountain. FREE Snowmobile trailer parking is available during your stay.

We have 4 electric scooters available. You can use them for $20/scooter or $50 for all 4 during your entire stay. FREE for a booking of 3 days or more. Please let us know if you'd like to use them and we will get you the codes. (**Use at your own risk. Not liable for any accidents.**)

Ask us about our Discount Ski Passes to Beaver Mountain. We would love to be able to save you some money by booking with us. Discounted ski passes are available only for stays of 3 or more nights. The passes must be requested at least 4 business days before check-in.

Guest Access:
We have a door code to the front door that you will use during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This Neighborhood is other townhomes that are also Nightly Rentals. There is a possibility of construction to the west of this unit out the back porch. We apologize in advance for any noise that there may be.

Getting Around:
There is a grocery store just across the main street; you can easily walk to it. Also, the marina is 300 yards away and you can use our scooters (**Paid**) to stroll downtown to get shakes and food. It's about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available 24/7, if you need anything please just call or text. I will give you your distance, but will assist when needed. Don't hesitate to reach out.
