Bonneville at The Seasons (Unit C) is a beautiful space for you and your family or friends! There is a spacious backyard that is beautifully landscaped, which provides easy access to a wonderful place to play yard games or eat a meal outside! Ideally located within walking distance to all the restaurants, half mile to the marina and 2 blocks to the water, the location is unbeatable. Built in 2009 with granite, hardwood, tile, etc. you won't find nicer anywhere at Bear Lake and certainly no where near this price!
Bonneville is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. You'll walk into this unit and immediately be impressed. Spread out over 3 levels, this condo provides plenty of room to spread out and feels very spacious. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to be able to make your favorite meals. The large flat screen TV comes with Direct TV and provides great entertainment for families. Enjoy the large deck with furniture and a private BBQ grill. With plenty of parking, you'll be able to bring all your toys to party hard during the day, and then have a beautiful place to come home to and relax in the evenings.

Amazing accommodations, there were tons of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Loved the washer, dryer, and fully stocked kitchen with eveything we needed including a bbq grill. Convenient walking distance to all the main street shops and resteraunts. Will definitely stay here again.
This was just a two night stay for a quick trip to Bear Lake, but SOOO worth it! The condo was spacious, inviting, clean and perfect for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable, great location...we really loved it and can't wait to come back!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautiful and peaceful. Close walk to restaurants and other activities and a short drive to the beach. Only complaint was that the downstairs shower drain was slow (made for some very drought friendly showers) and she sheets in one of the bedrooms smelled sour. Other than that it was a perfect place for our group.

We had a late summer vacation with our family . Very nice place to stay with enough room close to town and lake. The only thing that was not right it said in the description that we could park in the garage and we did not have access to the garage which was no big deal because we really didn't need it. Loved the natural light in the front room and the master bedroom

Loved the location and the fact that there was boat parking at the property. The property needs a little TLC in terms of the furniture being worn (coffee table really scratched and worn, barstools that were broken and coming apart) and repairs that need to be made. The biggest issue I have is that the property advertised it could sleep 13. No way! It could sleep 10 adults max. The other sleeping accommodations were tiny futons, a futon mattress that was in a closet and a tiny twin pull out. No way could a regular teen or adult have slept on those things. Luckily, my party didn’t need them or I would have been in a bad situation.
The house and location were awesome. It is just around the corner from the garden city gas station/grocery store. You could walk, drive, or take a side-by-side to pick up groceries. A few minor things on the property need refreshing: burned out light bulbs on porch and around the house, pans were peeling tephlon so majority unusable, and no spatula and other basic large utensils. These were very little things and I would stay here again. The property manager was responsive to my questions and when I informed him of ice on the steps leading to the door, he had snow removal quickly there clearing everything. Thank you for a wonderful place to land after long days sledding and snowmobiling.
The kitchen did not have quite as much as we had hoped. Very few spoons and no pancake turner or oven mitts. The toilet in the basement did not flush well so we just didn't use it. The blender did not work. The disposal didn't work when we got there but after messing with it for quite a while we dislodged a beer cap and it started to work. These were a few inconveniences but if these things were fixed it would be great! It was clean and the beds were nice. The property is well cared for and we would stay here again. There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children). It was adequate for our stay. A few extra chairs at the table in the kitchen would have been very welcome. It only has 6 chairs but the table could easily accomodate 8.
This was a nice 3 story townhome. Each person had their own bedroom, so that was very nice. We were so close to the Idaho border that we went to Coopers to eat for the evening. Garden City is a long drive from SLC & we had to leave early, on the 21st, due to an impending snow storm & we were scheduled to fly out on the 24th. I wasn’t going to drive the Canyon as I am not comfortable driving it even in the daytime & not snowing… I was also told that there are a lot of wrecks when it snows, so it would be better if I left early. I didn’t want to get stranded & miss our flight. Other than that, it is close to Beaver Mountain & only an hour away from Cherry Peak Resort as well. Garden City is mainly known for the summer time, but it is also a hidden gem in the winter. Glad we found it!
We loved the location close to the lake. Views of the lake from the loft and close enough to eateries and stores to walk and shop. We had a super great time!! We will be back!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Lake Seasons - Bonneville. Comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 8. Property management great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
Location was great, mid town Garden City within easy walking of most things we wanted. Property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we wanted except a hot tub. Not extravagant, but for the price was very nice.
This is a nice place. It is big enough for all of us to have a meal and 1/2 of us to stay. We enjoyed our stay!
