THE FACILITIES OF THE ESSAOUIRA COUNTRY HOME

THE PROPERTY

On the approx. 500 sqm big property all around the house there are olive trees, natural-stone terraces and path surrounded from Buganvilla, hibiscus, oleander, jasmine and other bush in bloom in front a whitewashed wall, which provides calm, seclusion and privacy. Towards the piste there is a entry gate.


THE HOUSE

The two years ago new constructed, well sectioned, specious, bright house has a living space of approx. 100 smq. It is at ground level, has high ceilings and a roof terrace.

It’s architecture is traditionell: In the middle of the house there is a hallway with a patio with skylight.

The equipment is luxurious and loving:

- a big living room with a fire place
- two sleeping rooms (double bed width 150 cm and 160 cm)
- two bathroom, made with Tadelakt, (a ancient Moroccan technique to create waterproof plaster surface)
- two showers, two sinks, two toilets, one washing machine
- the floor in the house is tiled with traditionell Zellige (oriental handmade tiles),
- wooden windows and doors and moderne slide windows.

- a complete equipped office with printer, photocopier, scanner
- quick internet access (Wifi) all over the property

- a modern, appetizing, hygienic kitchen opens towards the hallway with patio and
living room
- a big modern fridge with deep-freezing, a dish washer and gas stove
- upscale appointments with chrome pot and pan, blender, mixer, toaster, juicer and all kind of spices.


THE GARDEN

The garden is very idyllic and divers (from blossom up to vegetable and herbs …); There is a lot to discover: A turtle family, birds, butterflies, bees, the house tom cat, little gecko and chameleons which romp about there peacefully.

All around the house there a many different romantic niche and place to dwell.

- shady sunroof on the left and righthand side of the house
- garden furnitures, sunbed, side tables, Tajine (traditionell cooking pot / pottery) with a fire pit
- lanterns, outdoor lighting, seat cushion, furs, fire basket and a fire bowl
- two hammocks with stable fixture at two shady places in the garden
- a clothesline in the garden, a garden hose


THE ROOF TERRACE

On the greened roof terrace you have a beautiful view into the landscape and can watch beautiful sun rises and sun sets.

There is a sofa bed, a mattress in addition, a oriental carpet, wicker chair, a fire bowl and a big water barrel. All meant to be prepared to chill or sleep outside under the starlight sky.
