Apartment "Koch 2" with sunny roof terrace for 4 persons + 1 toddler. The apartment is especially suitable for families with children, in the garden is a play structure with swings and slide.
In a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beach and the town center.
The apartment is located directly on the park and only 150m from the forest and the forest sports field.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house, it consists of a living room with sofa, armchair and coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard, a separate fitted kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double beds and one with a cot. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside tables. Shower with toilet, hallway with wardrobe and mirror. Storage room for bicycles and beach equipment, parking is in front of the house. A large garden with a clothes dryer is at your disposal. Sat-TV, music system with DVD / CD, W-Lan and mailbox.

Gute Lage, schöner Urlaub
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön.
Wir sind mit unserer 7 Monate alten Tochter gereist. Hatten somit ein komplettes Schlafzimmer übrig. Dieses war von uns bewusst so gewählt, dadurch war genug Platz für Wickeln und die mitgebrachte Krabbelmatte.
Der Weg zur Promenade, durch die Allee und den angrenzenden Park ist wunderbar.
Wir werden hier erneut buchen, insofern es im Reisezeitraum frei ist.

Nette Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mit Dachterrasse
Auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt hat uns diese Wohnung gefallen. Lage, Dachterrasse, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit hervorragend. Gartenhaus für Abstell-Möglichkeit von Fahrrädern, etc. ist sehr praktisch. Einziger Hinweis für die nächste Renovierung: neue Betten. Ansonsten ein kleiner Traum! Gerne ein drittes Mal. ;-)
