Reisterstown Residence is located 22 miles Northwest of Baltimore in the heart of Reisterstown's historic district. This stately renovated home boasts 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and is perfectly oriented for families and can easily accommodate the business traveler. Another added feature is plenty of off-street parking.

Please note:
Years ago, this Victorian house was formerly converted into a business and recently converted back to a residential home for use as a short-term rental. The rear of the home still serves as part of the business which houses electrical supplies. The 1st floor level bathroom hallway is adjoined to the business and at times, guests may hear workers on the business side as they gather supplies. The two areas are separated by a secure door. no heat. boiler was off. crappy water pressure. crappy bathroom add on. no firepit. unclear directions about dumpster. very clean, very spacious. comfortable near pizza hut and sushi! thank you.

Not private and very noisy

The description and photos of this property omitted the fact that the only shower and two of the toilets are in a hallway on the main floor of a business separated only by a metal folding security gate and shower curtain that did not go all the way to the ceiling. An indoor security camera adjacent to the front entry door was active and likely recording all activities within the main foyer and living area. Workmen could be heard talking and laughing while were were in the hallway shower and we assumed they could hear everything we said in the house. There were numerous issues with the property that were communicated to the owner; hopefully the owner will correct the most significant issues before any other renters arrive. This location suited our needs but renters should be aware this is located on a very busy street and between the traffic sounds and HVAC sounds it was a very noisy stay.

Received a call regarding a leaky sink, promptly stopped in and repaired the leak, left my cell # for any concerns or call if there was anything which could make the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. There was never any communication regarding the concerns noted in this review, and was surprised. The camera is deactivated.

The house is beautiful and arranged perfectly with furniture. It was welcoming and very spacious. It was an interesting idea to have a shower room separate from the bathrooms, but it was small. That was the only little down side. It's in a great area, local to all things. We were there for a family reunion and I was only 1.4 miles from my famiy's home which was fantastic!
