The ground floor consists of a "master bedroom" which has its own living area (with sofa bed for 2 persons), a private bathroom, a private entrance and a private terrace. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a satellite Tv TV.

Next to it is a wellness area which is equipped with a whirlpool, satellite TV and air conditioning, an air-conditioned summer kitchen with table and chairs for all persons and a separate toilet. The summer kitchen can also be used very well as a common room. Also here is a satellite TV.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for use. The terrace on the ground floor is equipped with seating and a barbecue.

1. Upstairs:
In the 1. Upstairs is a large living room with dining area and kitchen in the same room. Also this large room is air conditioned and has a satellite Tv TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. On this floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and bath.

From the living / dining area leads to a beautiful, 20 m² balcony with a beautiful sea view. This balcony is equipped with table and chairs, is partly covered and has an awning.

attic:
This area consists of two bedrooms (one with two separate single beds and one with a double bed), a bathroom and a small play area with a Playstation 4 and a satellite TV. This area is also air conditioned.

There are 5 private parking spaces available and the attic.
