The location of the house is beautiful! The views and the rooms are amazing. We came I. July and couldn’t go in the water much because the jelly fish were so bad so just FYI!

Our crew of 11 had an amazing weekend in the home. It was spacious. It was clean. It had everything we needed to celebrate being on the Chesapeake Bay! Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone and everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for. Victoria was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help, even during odd hours.The only small issue was that the cleaning team appeared to have left some cleaning equipment out instead of putting everything away properly. It was a minor inconvenience and didn't take away from our overall experience.We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Martin’s Landing

Great property. All master bedrooms was great for everyone’s privacy. Loved walking to Vera’s restaurant. View and hanging out on dock was very relaxing.

Beautiful spot on the water for the family

Wonderful house with lots of space for our extended family holiday. It was right on the water and had a nice, big, modern kitchen for cooking and hanging out. Very comfy beds. Very clean. The owners were responsive and helpful.

Beautiful spacious home with a gorgeous view!

The home was perfect from an adult getaway. The rooms were especially large and bedding clean and comfortable. Excellent bathrooms, appliances, decor, and furniture. Beautiful sunset views on a wide waterway. Easy walk to Vera’s for food. Great communication with the gracious host!

Excellent location. Very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Very spacious with lots of room to relax. Loved sitting out on the dock. Would love to see what its like in the summer.Would recomend this home for any family getaway.Ten stars.

Father’s Day

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. Host was very responsive and timely communication. Really enjoyed watching the eagles and osprey. The green light in the water was wonderful. It attracted a lot on fish and crabs. Definitely would go back.

Family Getaway

Martin's Landing was amazing! Perfect place for multi-generational families. My senior parents were able to stay on the first floor and not have to worry about flights of stairs. We were able to be together in that beautiful kitchen as well as spread out to our own corners. We can't say enough good things about the house and views. We especially enjoyed fishing on the pier and kayaking! Victoria was so nice to work with and let us take our time checking out. We're already planning a next time we can visit!

Graduation Weekend

We booked a long weekend for our daughter’s graduation from St Mary’s. The house was beautiful and so spacious for our adult children and grandchildren to all be in one location without feeling cramped. We loved having the fire pit and room to throw a football around. Great Setup and Beautiful Location

We needed a place that could hold our family, and be fairly close to my son’s house and the wedding venue. This home seemed to check all the boxes, but man we got so much more! I just wished we had been able to stay a day or two more to enjoy everything this property had to offer! Victoria was easy to work with, and responded really quickly to all my questions. Definitely a place we would not hesitate to stay at again.
