Our house is located on a quiet, slight hillside, where you can enjoy on the south-facing balcony or lawn, one of the best views of Rauris. As our house is right on the Kreuzboden valley run or Natural toboggan run and only a few steps away from the valley station of the Kreuzboden double chair lift. Park your vehicle over the entire holiday season on our parking lot and start your ski day in the beautiful ski area of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen.
