Our house is located on a quiet, slight hillside, where you can enjoy on the south-facing balcony or lawn, one of the best views of Rauris. Do you shy away from car rides and parking at the cable car in winter? No problem! As our house is right on the Kreuzboden valley run or Natural toboggan run and only a few steps away from the valley station of the Kreuzboden double chair lift. Park your vehicle over the entire holiday season on our parking lot and start your ski day in the beautiful ski area of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen.

Rauris, wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette, ältere Dame, und die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Süd/West Balkon hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf Rauris und die umliegenden Berge. Leider wird der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon manchmal etwas getrübt durch den diirekt benachbarten Landwirtschaftsbetrieb. Wir haben nichts gegen die Kühe ( inkl. Geruch und Kuhglocken), aber die reichlichen Traktorfahrten inkl. Abpumpen von Gülle sind eine Herausvorderung beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und durch Ausflüge und Wanderungen waren wir viel in der herrlichen Umgebung.
