About this property

Families - friends - groups - seminars on the Baltic Sea for up to 32 people

Our lovingly restored country house has 10 apartments and can accommodate up to 30 people for families - friends - groups - meetings. Each of the apartments has a bathroom with shower and WC hair dryer. Cozy get-together in the fireplace room with attached kitchen.
They are on their own and do not disturb anyone. Parking is available free of charge directly at our country house.
We are located between Kühlungsborn - Heiligendamm, about 4 km from the Baltic Sea with beach choice Kühlungsborn or Heiligendamm and therefore also very central for excursions, including by bike.
We have no direct neighbors, we are in the countryside and therefore very quiet.

Der Aufenthaltsraum mit der angrenzenden Küche waren super schön. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Einzig eine Couch zum gemeinsamen Lümmeln hat und gefehlt. Herr Stechow war ein entgegenkommender, freundlicher Gastgeber. Das ein und auschecken war unkompliziert.

Perfektes Familienwochenende

Wir haben in der Unterkunft ein perfektes Familien-/Freundewochenende mit 24 Personen verbracht. Es ist alles tip top in Ordnung und super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Durch die einzelnen Wohnungen hatte jeder seinen Rückzugsort. Der Gruppenraum und der schöne Garten bieten den perfekten Raum für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten, Spiele und Feiern. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch für die gute Betreuung vor Ort.

Wir hatten auf dem Reiterhof Stechow mit der Familie eine schöne Zeit. Die Ferienwohnungen sind alle in top, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Herr Stechow empfing uns herzlich und freundlich. Es fehlte uns dort an nichts.

Rund um zufrieden

Ein sehr schönes großes Haus. Mit der richtigen Mischung aus Privatsphäre und Geselligkeit. Familie und Freunde konnten alle zusammen ein schönes Wochenende verbringen. Die Ausstattung was zb.Geschirr betrifft war überaus großzügig. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie Handseifen in jedem Bad, ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspültabs und Spülmitteln in jeder Küche sind heute kein Standard mehr und haben uns sehr positive überrascht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine größere Gruppe

Das große Haus mit einzelnen Wohnungen und einem separaten Gemeinschaftsraum mit extra Küche ist optimal für eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Alle hatten eine eigene kleine Wohnung mit Bad und Küchenzeile und konnten sich trotzdem im Gemeinschaftsraum treffen. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit waren top, die Räume vorgeheizt und der Vermieter sehr nett!

Geräumige Wohnung für 4-5 Personen

Die Vermieterin & Mitarbeiterin sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit, Antworten auf die emails immer rasch erhalten. Die Wohnung die wir hatten war geräumig und ist für 4 Personen optimal, für 5 geht es auch, dann muss jemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen, da kann jedoch nicht verdunkelt werden. Der Reitstall nebenan war für unsere jüngste optimal. Unsere Wohnung grenzte direkt an die Dorfstraße, nachts fahren zwar nicht viele Autos, aber diese waren zu hören, wir sind Nachts totale Ruhe gewöhnt, mit geschlossenen Fenstern ging es, war dann halt recht warm.
