This two-bedroom and 2-1/2 bath end-unit is close to the lake, the dock, and the pool. There is an open floor plan, a fireplace, and a large screened deck. The primary suite off the living room has a nicely sized walk-in closet, full bath, and screened-in deck, providing natural light and lake views. A 12'x30' boat slip with a large hoist is available upon request. Great location by land and water. Very close to town. Walking distance to the Tavern on The Bend, Sergios, The Office Pub, and Leightons Cigar Lounge. A waterfront pool, clubhouse, firepit area, and well-manicured park-like grounds make this a quiet oasis perfect for a family vacation.

Ideal Bristol Bay Condo

Owners are very kind and accommodating! The condo and location are more than ideal and provided everything we needed for a successful fall fishing trip. Clean, comfortable and close to amenities both from water and land. Hope to stay at Bristol Bay again in the spring.

Great fishing vacation

This is a great spot if you have a boat and like to fish. Slip is conveniently located. Its an easy walk from the first level condo to the boat slip. Great Four Seasons location close to many amenities. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

Super cute and clean condo! It was furnished with everything you need to make yourself feel at home. Way bigger then it appears in photos. We enjoyed relaxing out on the screened in patio. Clean, well stocked, responsive host!

We came to the lake for a girls' trip and were very pleased with this condo. It came equipped with everything we needed and then some. Tony was very responsive throughout the trip and even helped us carry our stuff to the car at checkout. We enjoyed the pool, patio and laid back atmosphere. Will definitely book again if it's available when we come back.

Fantastic clean and spacious with great views of the lake. Down 1 wide and well lit flight of stairs from the parking lot. Neighbors the floor above are very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. Hope we can book this same unit on our next trip to the lake.

Great location, great condo layout

Anthony's condo is in a great spot. It's in a quiet cove in Four Seasons where they have lots of great restaurants, stores, and sidewalks. It is only a couple miles from the strip. The condo is well laid out with 2.5 bathrooms which is perfect for 2/3 couples or a family. The porch is nice with a fan & a tv. We spent every night out there. It has everything you need to stay for a weekend or a week. Thank you, we'll be back.

Excellent stay in all ways, biggest plus was the fabulous view! Cute place, great floor plan, very clean & well stocked. Bristol Bay is a nice neighborhood — convenient location (MM11), right on the water, tucked back in a quiet cove — smaller than many but had everything we needed (2 adults + pup). Loved the condo floor plan, it’s very clean and well stocked, and steps away from the dock & slip. Tony is an excellent host. … 5 stars in all regards!

Perfect in Many ways with 2 Small Dogd

The condo was super clean. The location within the complex is great, being on the end next to some woods. We walked right out of the door to exercise and potty the dogs, no steps or asphalt involved. The screened balcony is large and comfortable with a nice view of the water and docks. The owner provides more amenities than many rentals we’ve used. Parking was simple. We had a spot to the side that gave no chance to door dings. The pool is a short walk and was always fresh and inviting. The location of the complex is also great, very close to so many places. We thoroughly enjoyed this long weekend. We intend to come back some time. Thanks!

Property was nice. View of lake good. Manager helpful with a concern we had (resort concern not a rental unit concern). Leaf blower noise every morning broke the quiet of our morning breakfast on the deck. More a resort issue than rental unit issue. Would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Bristol Bay is one of the nicest condo complexes on Horseshoe Bend. Right on the lake, with easy access to the best restaurants on the Bend and beyond. By water, it is at the 11.5-mile marker. It is a few-minute boat ride to some of the best lake places like Lakehouse 13 and Frankie and Louis.

What makes this property unique

Our end unit is waterfront and neatly placed next to the woods. Its location in the complex makes it very tranquil. There is no passing traffic or pool noise.
