Lakefront family condo with a screened in balcony on the Lake Of The Ozarks!!

This beautiful 3 BR, 2 BA condo is perfect for any getaway. Conveniently located in Bristol Bay MM 12 on route HH. Water sports, mini golf, outlet mall, specialty shops, grocery stores and public golf nearby. The popular Bagnell Dam Strip is less than a 5 mile drive away.
This cozy condo has a relaxed atmosphere, loud parties are not tolerated. You will find great fishing off the dock, it's a short drive to Osage Beach Outlets, hiking/beach at State Parks, or sunbathing by the lake-side pool. Two unmarked parking spots are available for your use.
We have a key-less entry and we are accessible by text or phone. Features include: Free WiFi, cable and Roku on every TV, with one in the living room and one in each bedroom and even on the balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed, trundle bed and a private bathroom. There is also a small desk workstation located in the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds and also a twin bed in each. The second full bathroom is located next to these bedrooms. The laundry room has a washer/dryer available for your use. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen is ready to prepare meals with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and brand new refrigerator. Also included are a coffee maker, blender/food chopper, indoor grill, outdoor grill on the front porch, and all common seasonings for that perfect BBQ. The living room offers a wrap around couch and recliner. The table seats 4 with 4 more seats at the kitchen bar.
The spacious, screened in balcony has a wrap around seating area and table along with an additional breakfast bar for two. A mini fridge assures your drinks are cold and handy! Enjoy the balcony TV while taking in the lake view and breathtaking sunrises.

Good place to stay with family or friends, closed in patio overlooking the lake makes coffee in the mornin that much better. We ended up extending our stay we have enjoyed it so much. Very clean property.

Super clean and comfortable stay! We enjoyed the area and the condo pool was a hit the kids. The screened in porch was awesome for hanging out and not having to worry about bugs or the safety of my little guy. We will definitely be back!

Beds comfortable slept like newborn babies. Kitchen perfect size for preparing meals loved the bar and open concept of kitchen so that you could still socialize with family. Only drawback was kitchen dish towels were missing so we used a lot of paper towels to clean with sorry. We loved the throws to cozy up on the couch and the neighbors were friendly this does help. Lastly the screened porch was awsome we loved the protection from insects and watching the boats while we sipped coffee.

Family getaway

Our family was very impressed with this condo. It was immaculate and met all of our needs. We loved the deck! Spent a lot of time there. So glad it was screened. No bugs! Also the pool was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent family condo with great hosts!

Great location and very spacious for our family weekend getaway! The screened-in porch has a beautiful view of the docks, appliances worked well and there was even extra supplies like a cooler and some pool floats. When a minor issue came up that slightly delayed our check-in time, Shelly was quick to communicate and went above and beyond to resolve the problem to everyone’s satisfaction. We all had a great time, including the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay. Not a good place for anyone with any mobility issues. Stairs to enter condo and stairs to access walking trail by lake. Management was very responsive to all questions in a timely manner. Would certainly choose to stay here again.

We are one level down from the parking lot but the entrance letter points out there is a small access gravel road you may drive down to unload etc. Yes, the stairs to the lake walkway is some excerise! lol. So glad to hear of the cleanliness as we just had to switch cleaning companies and was wondering if they were as great as our last ones. Please come again!

Comfortable and friendly

The condo was clean and comfortable. The description was accurate. We had a very nice stay. There had been storms in the area the night before we arrived that knocked out the wifi equipment. Upon arriving we contacted the host to let them know there was no wifi and they promptly worked to get the issue resolved. They were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet condo with plenty of room

Nice quiet area. Bottom unit so a few stairs but not bad. Very clean and nice size bar eating area. We had sleeping room galore. Screened in deck was nice with a great quiet view. You could hear upstairs neighbors running around, but it was a super busy holiday weekend. To be expected. Overall we would definitely go back here. Super close to Four Seasons also.

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I took our kids and their friends to the Ozarks for their birthday. There was a total of 8 of us. This condo was the perfect space for all of us. We enjoyed the bar at kitchen for the serving of our constantly hungry teenagers. We used the grill every night. The wannabe adults enjoyed the outdoor area to get away from the parents. The guest rooms were perfectly arranged with 2 beds each for the boys and the girls enjoyed the pullout in living room. There was a trundle bed in master bedroom, but they weren’t about to stay with the parents. The girls did use the pool and enjoyed it. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.
