Available for minimum of monthly rental or longer (5+ week) stays, this two bed, two bath townhome has plenty of space to enjoy Steamboat Springs experiences. With two lofts, laundry and 1 car garage, this is a great get-away for families, couples and telecommuters.
Our townhome is located between town and the mountain with access to open space and all Steamboat Springs has to offer. This family friendly neighborhood is off of Rita Valentine Park with easy hiking/walking trail steps away.
The lower-level/master has a queen bed, walk in closet and full bath. The main floor is family great room, kitchen and laundry. Upper level has a bedroom, full bath and two loft areas -- one set up as a professional workspace. The upper level bedroom has an XL Twin over Queen bunk, with an additional XL Twin trundle (upper bedroom sleeps 4).
Sleeps 6 total.
Cable tv and great wireless internet with plenty of bandwidth for professional needs.

It's in a great neighborhood for folks looking to take longer breaks and stays in Steamboat Springs outside of the weekly/nightly chaos of other rentals. It's a great place to live from or work from and enjoy the outdoors in this Steamboat Springs monthly rental.
