Overall pictures are generally accurate so I wasn’t under any illusion that this would be a luxury apartment, however we discovered 3 roaches during our stay and the washing machine within the apartment was out of use leaving only the communal washing facilities. To improve this listing, the host must deal with any pests and ensure that the property is properly secured from pests entering. Also, the listing should clearly state that the washing machine is a communal machine, and that the machine in the apartment is disconnected! Lastly, the tea/coffee making facilities must be cleaned/updated and maintained!
