We fell in love with this house, realized our dream and completely renovated it in 2019. Everything is equipped and furnished, as we ourselves find it most beautiful. Modern, luxurious and yet cozy and original.

Spaces are slightly separated, the newly created and very large leisure and spa area.

Designer kitchen

The large new kitchen opens to the directly adjacent dining area - this room is something like the central space for hours together, cooking together and cozy evenings with friends and / or family.

The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all sorts of extras - induction cooker, wine cooling, dishwasher, Broste Copenhagen dishes, WMF cutlery and ice cubes are always automatically re-produced.

The large dining table offers plenty of space for 8 people and a Stokke high chair is also available.

Cozy living room

The living room on the ground floor has a very cozy and large cozy sofa on which easily several people can sit and relax. There is also a large armchair and a love chair on which two people can easily sit comfortably.

A design television is either a picture with a frame or just a TV (Samsung The Frame) - over 100 programs are available via app (waipu tv is included).

In addition, there is a cozy stove, which is electrically equipped with state-of-the-art Opti-V and can even generate sparks, crackling and heat.

The living room is furnished as the entire house in the Scandinavian chic style.

Ideal location & plenty of space

The property is largely in a secluded location on the edge of Sankt Peter-Ording district Böhl. From here it is about 15 minutes walk to the beach. A bakery is also quickly accessible via a gravel road and the village in the next district of SPO has everything you need.

The property is 6,500 square meters and is beautifully landscaped. The free and wide view of the fields slows down and occasionally you see deer or storks.

The large garden has several terraces to stay, but can also be used as an adventure garden or for an existing Frisbee golf game.

Two swings are available for the children and both ponds are securely fenced so that even the smallest can play undisturbed.

Adjacent to the house is the former stable. This serves as a large play barn - children's slide, basket chair swing, and much more is available here. This space can be used in many ways - for example, for yoga or other activities.
