Welcome to the beautiful Swedish house "Carlotta". Here you will be able to experience a completely successful holiday in the newly built and high quality equipped holiday house with lawn and sun terrace.

The house is open and spacious, the open plan living area is friendly and modern, here a Danish wood stove ensures a warm and comfortable climate even in the colder months. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and fully equipped leaves nothing to be desired. In the house tiles are laid in the bathrooms, the kitchen and in the hallway as a floor covering, in the bedrooms and in the living room there is a laminate floor. The integrated floor heating can be regulated separately in each room. There are 2 shower rooms with walk-in shower. The to the living room and the 3. Bedroom adjacent furnished terrace is laid out in south / west facing the house and offers from noon hours beautiful hours of sunshine. Outside there are 4 sun loungers and a charcoal grill available. The bedrooms are individually decorated. The 1. Bedroom seen from the entrance has a double bed (160x200cm), LCD TV and wardrobe, the 2nd Bedroom has a cassette radio, 2 single beds (90x200cm) and wardrobe. In the 3. Bedroom is a double bed (180x200cm), 2 wardrobes and the 2. Shower room. From 3. Bedroom have direct terrace access. In the separate outbuilding you have the possibility with 2 other people to enjoy your vacation in a 160x200cm double bed.
