Spring Break

Condo is fantastic the owner is incredible with communication. The only downfall of our trip is security almost on the verge of harassment. We were all spread out & hung out in 1 condo never got in trouble, but us adults were hanging out & he knocks on our door. Tags our friends car multiple times, knocked on a door at 10:30 PM telling a friend to move out of the guest spot (no one needed the spot) but other than him the kids had a great time!

Lovely condo.

The host Rich was very kind to us offering my family an alternative condo until the evacuation order for a hurricane had passed. When we got to the condo it was lovely. The only thing lacking was a kettle to make a cup of tea. There was a good coffee machine though. The condo is in a great location near St Petes Beach handy for supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is also handy for the resort pool which was close by.

Family Vacay

The property was great. 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Quiet area, everything you need to stay for a comfortable week in the condo. The pool area was close and really nice.
