Spectacular Panoramic Water Views Condo ! This is a fully furnished newly remodeled 1 bed / 1.5 bath unit. The huge Master bedroom has direct access to the balcony. New kitchen with quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring all throughout the unit, new bathroom vanities and fixtures. It also has new hurricane windows and sliders offering lots of natural light. Unit is equipped with stackable Washer and Dryer. Balcony face west, the perfect spot for Sunset Lovers. You can Relax at the heated pool and spa located directly on Boca Ciega Bay that has the feel of resort living. Condo is located walking distance from nice little restaurantes and only within minutes of the award-winning beaches of St Pete Beach, Fort De Soto and Pass A Grill Beach. Only 15 minutes to downtown St Petersburg where you can enjoy fine dining or casual restaurants, shopping, night clubs, museums and more !

Sofa in Living Room is not a sofa bed but it can accommodate a child or young adult, We also have an elevated queen air mattress with pump, extra pillows and bed sheets provided it.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used linens and towels on the bedroom floor. Kitchen should be left tidy with all the dishes clean and put away. Open food items should be bagged and thrown away.
Furniture: Move all furniture to where it was at the beginning of your stay Garbage: All trash should be bagged and placed in the trash chutes (Do not leave inside the condo)
Keys: Place keys back on lock box using the same code (1008) Check all windows and doors are locked and secure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a beautifully decorated condo with the appropriate provisions for a comfortable visit. It has an ocean view from the patio. The condo is located close to everything - St Petersburg, Pass a Grille, Treasure Island, shopping and restaurants. Owner is a pleasure to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her property.

Great property

I stayed two months, my son for 2 weeks, my daughter 1week. The unit is very nice, the pool and hot tub are on the bay(pool is heated) very quiet inside and out. The owner is very attentive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice winter getaway

Nice place for the two of us for winter break.I think this would normally be a quiet area during “normal” times. Due to the past hurricanes in this development there was a lot of construction and repair work going on in condos all around us. So a bit noisy the two months we were there. Once this is over I’m sure it’s very quiet. Condo was very nice.No carbon monoxide detector provided but we brought our own.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Isla Del Sol!! La propreté du condo, sa situation géographique, la sécurité du site, l’accessibilité aux nombreuses pistes cyclables, la piscine, les super beaux couchers de soleil sur le balcon, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôtesse Sofia ont rendu notre séjour absolument mémorable.
