The pictures of the property I believe were taken when the dock was new. They didn't state that the boat lift worked...I assumed. My bad. Part of the boat dock was collapsed and in the water.Keep in mind you are right on the main highway with alot of 18 wheeler traffic. The house was very clean, everything that we used worked as expected. Alot of amenities such as games and cards. Plenty of parking for boat trailers. If you are not a fan of mexican food. Expect to go to Oak Grove. Recommendations of Little Freezer, Chopsticks for crawfish as well as Johnnys Pizza.

Yes the dock does need some attention. The pictures were from 4 years ago. This is my only income. Stays have fallen off and there has not been money for outside repairs for the dock. Only a section of it has collapsed from high water last year. The boat lift does work to my knowledge. Some keep tying the straps up out of the way. I will try to get someone to check it.

This is a beautiful house right on the lake. Very roomy and nice kitchen. It was just an overnight stop on ourcway to the beach, but would love to come back and stay a few days.

Fantastic Lakehouse

We had a nice stay in the Lily Pad! The kids loved running around through the maze of doors. It was fun to have the deck out over the water. We all slept comfortably. It is right next to the highway and that made me a little nervous with my little kids so I made sure I was very aware of where they were.
