The holiday home 158 is located in the "Beach Park Texel" in De Koog. The village with its many shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Our house on the lake is detached. Enjoy breakfast in the morning on the large terrace overlooking the water channel in the Beach Park Texel.

Our bright and spacious kitchen invites you to cook together. The kitchen has a gas stove and an oven. Kitchen utensils of daily use are also available.

Cozy sofas invite you to linger in the bright and friendly living room. On cold days, the open fireplace makes for cozy evenings. A small selection of books, a mini hi-fi system, an LCD TV and a DVD player are provided.

Free internet access via Wi-Fi is also available.

The house has two bedrooms each with a double bed and a wellness room with sauna and solarium.

Das Haus hatten eine schöne Lage.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, könnte etwas verbessert werden. Z.b. das Bett im EG.Etwas mehr Geschirr und ein zusĂ€tzlicher grĂ¶ĂŸerer Topf wĂ€ren schön gewesen. Aber wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Klare Empfehlung fĂŒr Haus 158

In der Oktoberwoche im Landal Beach Park waren Entspannung und Unternehmungen gleichermaßen möglich. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einem Wassergraben, gleichzeitig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der DĂŒnengĂŒrtel fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Auch an das Radwegenetz ist man direkt angeschlossen, so dass die ganze Insel per Fahrrad erreichbar ist. Das Haus selber ist gerĂ€umig, zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Endlich mal eine Ferienhaus-Sauna, die richtig heiß wird. Dank und Gruß aus MĂŒnster - U. H.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in De Koog, um sich zu erholen

Das Haus liegt im Landal Beach Park in De Koog in einer schönen und sehr ruhigen Lage. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet - wir haben an Ausstattung außer einem ĂŒberdachten Fahrrad-Abstellplatz nichts vemisst - und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind nach SĂŒdwesten ausgerichtet, so dass man ab vormittags bis zum Abend Sonne hat, und sie sind zum Teich ausgerichtet. In den Ort gelangt man zu Fuß in fĂŒnf Minuten, zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, ist ein ĂŒberdachter Fahrradabstellplatz. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden es, wenn es mal wieder nach Texel geht, gern wieder buchen.

Sehr entspannter Aufenhalt

Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung in einwandfreiem Zustand. Einziger "Kritikpunkt" - wenn man ihn so nennen möchte - sind die Betten. Die Betten in der 1.Etage sind eher fĂŒr Kinder und nicht fĂŒr Erwachsene geeignete, sowohl was die Breite, LĂ€nge, aber auch die Höhe/Dicke der Matratzen anbelangt. Hierauf könnte man ggf. Hinweisen, oder 1-2 zusĂ€tzliche Fotos in der Anzeige ergĂ€nzen - aktuell ist lediglich das untere Bett erkennbar, welches absolut ok war.

Sehr zufrieden

Tolle Insel, schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, mit Kaminofen, Sauna und Whirlpool-Wanne, schön gelegen an einem Weiherchen (Feriensiedlung), große Terrasse mit guten Möbeln. Wahrscheinlich ist im Sommer superviel los, aber im Februar war es sehr entspannt. Leute an der Rezeption sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einigen Extras

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus 158 war sehr schön. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Sauna, Solarium und Aquamassage-Wanne waren gute GrĂŒnde, es sich auch mal im Haus gut gehen zu lassen. Ein netter persönlicher Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer rundete den Aufenthalt dann noch ab.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Fewo ist gut ausgestattet und, immerhalb einer Fewo- Siedling gut gelegen. Terrasse mit Blick auf Teich / kleinen See ist schön zugewachsen. Es schaut einem keiner auf den Teller. Wir wĂŒrden das gleiche Objekt wieder nehmen.

WohlfĂŒhlen in schöner Umgebung

Es handelt sich um ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Alles funktioniert perfekt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders genossen haben wir jetzt im Winter die Sauna nach langen Wanderungen. Strand und Ort sind sehr gut fusslÀufig erreichbar.

ein schönes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Das Wasser vor dem Haus macht alles noch gemĂŒtlicher. Der Weg zum Strand und zum Einkaufen ist nicht weit und gut zu laufen. Egal in welche Richtung man geht, immer sehr schön zu laufen. Wlan funktionierten PERFEKT. Guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
