ABOUT THIS CONDO

The LIVING ROOM features two comfortable sofas that opens into a queen sleeper and a full sleeper, and there is a flat screen TV. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters.

The MASTER BEDROOM features king sized bed and private bath. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower where you can relax and re energize after a day full of beach activities.

The 2ND BEDROOM has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The 3RD BEDROOM has a queen size bed.

Edgewater, PANAMA CITY, FULL SERVICE, Beautiful, Premier Resort. This gated resort with 24 hour security, is the chosen, number one, lodging facility in Panama City Beach. We searched the Florida panhandle and EDGEWATER is our favorite. Edgewater is the only Full Service Resort in the Panama City Beach area. Amenities include, controlled entrance, 24 hr. security, golf, 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool, landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, plants, 11 total pools, spas, 2 restaurants on the water, lighted tennis courts, jet ski rental, parasailing, exercise room, gift shop, beauty salon, convention center, etc. The parking lot directly in front of the building means there is no parking deck to deal with. The low traffic elevators increase your time for fun and relaxing!

Edgewater is only 15 minutes from the Airport, minutes from great Restaurants, which serve the best Sea Food, as well as other Foods of your choice, world-class sport fishing, evening dinner cruise, boat rides to Shell Island, championship golf, Ship Wreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World, which offers a great afternoon dolphin show and a fantastic evening laser show, parks, state parks. Edgewater is just minutes from the new PIER PARK, with loads of fun and a great atmosphere, minutes from a movie theater, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, WONDER WORKS etc. Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

Family friendly

Overall a great choice for a family/friends group. Unit came supplied with dish pods and laundry pods which was very helpful! Linens were stocked and plentiful, adequate amount of dishes and utensils for our party of 10 as well. Comes with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids also! Minor issues with the fridge but nothing serious, just have to remember to “help” it close. Great stay overall!

Ocean view was amazing!

We had a great time. The Condo had all the kitchen items needed, plenty of bath towels (could have used a second kitchen towel and cloth, and a handful of coffee filters, but that’s minor) All in all a great stay. It was well worth it for the view alone!

Wonderful stay at the Edgewater Resort

My husband and I spent six weeks in this unit, it The was spotless upon our arrival. Plenty of space when we hosted guests throughout our stay. This unit is on the top floor and having an additional balcony/deck upstairs was great as well as the views are amazing. We would definitely return to this unit for another stay. Previous reviews mention the master shower pooling water, it does (not major) but the purchase of a squeegee quickly resolves any pooling issue. It appears the updated shower was not sloped correctly? Communication with ECDI was very smooth with very quick response time. The internet was a bit spotty so we called LUX Speed and they came out, the WiFi was never properly set-up in this unit, they quickly took care of the issue and we had excellent coverage thereafter. I would highly recommend this resort/unit. As well as booking via ECDI.

Great view, but…

We came from Wisconsin and I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that had so little to offer. No welcome, no information about the appliances nor the need to keep the balcony door closed(in order to balance the AC vs humidity), no refills of tp and paper towels. We did realize once we arrived, that most everyone in the building drove there, so they were able to bring everything they needed.We needed to purchase everything possible for the week. The damp sandy floors and left items under the furniture was a bit much. BUT the location is phenomenal and the balcony view was breathtaking. The services offered were good, but again, we had no beach supplies like everyone else, so we needed to deal with a very expensive rental or have short spurts on the beach. Lovely location and nice people.
