Everything about this condo was great. The view from both upper and lower decks. The location and access to restaurants. The resort kept the small pool and hot tub warm enough to use in February. It was handy to have a restaurant and bar on site. The condo itself was beautiful on the inside and very accommodating and we felt at home.

The property was not cleaned properly! Body hair on bathroom floors/ sand all over ( floors had not been swept. Urine on the toilet. Rugs in bathroom were dirty and soaking wet. Living area rug was also visibly dirty, food & stains.Candy wrapper paper around the base of the center table by the couch.The clothes iron was broken also.The elevators were down for over three hours when we arrived. We were unable to get to our room, sit in our vehicle until it was working, then it went down again. Had to walk down 12 flights of stairs. The whole experience was not ideal.

Wow. What a great unit. The views are amazing. The unit was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend this unit and would definitely book again.

Happy with thr condo. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The deck upstairs was very relaxing at night especially with the chairs up there. Communication was good too.

This place was top notch! We’ve stayed in a lot of places, as we’ve been vacationing in Panama for 20 plus years and 10 of those have been at Edgewater but this was hands down the best place we have stayed. We came to PCB for my daughter’s Master’s degree grad from FSU PC. It was the perfect place for us. The decor was great, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beach was amazing. It was a super weekend.

This condo was absolutely the best!!! The views of the ocean and the location were spectacular!!
