This cottage includes 2 air-conditioning units for those warm days. The primary bedroom includes a queen size bed. The living room includes a daybed with a trundle bed. Relax while you build an evening fire while you watch amazing sunsets and build wonderful memories at the lake. As our guest, you have private outdoor seating areas with parking for 2 vehicles. Bed linens and blankets are provided for you as our guest. The cottage is professionally cleaned after each visit to ensure a great experience. You have access to a private dock that is great for fishing, swimming, or any water activity. This cottage is also conveniently located 2 minutes from putt putt, ice cream, fast casual dining, and a drive in movie theatre. You will also enjoy the lively downtown of Perry, which is 5 minutes away with cute boutique shops, wine bars, and brewery. We would love for you to be our guest.

A very nice little place

The view and backyard on the lake were amazing. Beautiful sunsets by the campfire. House was clean an d nice. Bedroom was in the middle in between the kitchen and living room and shower was small. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Close to letchworth and stony brook for great hiking.

Relaxing Spot

My husband and I along with our two 13 year olds stayed at the cottage. It was the perfect spot to unwind and regroup as a family. The location is ideal for visiting Letchworth State Park (use Castile entrance). As a family of 4, the cottage was quite comfortable. Anymore would be a little tight. The owner was very responsive with any questions before our stay and during. Getting in was very easy. I loved drinking my coffee in the morning overlooking the lake. And the sunsets were gorgeous.

A beautiful cabin

this is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We caught several fish off the dock and saw a bald eagle and other wildlife. we would definitely stay again. Its small, but nice and clean. Everything worked. Dining tip: Eat at the Charcoal Corral at least once!

Enjoy amazing sunsets over the lake and surrounding hills in your evenings as you enjoy the peace and quiet. To enhance the visit experience, you have a well-appointed eat in kitchen with a dishwasher to lighten the lift of your visit. You will also enjoy the air-conditioning on those warm summer evenings. The slider off of the living room welcomes great lake views from the comfort of the couch.

Enjoy full lake access with a private dock during your stay. As our guest you have parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway on a private drive. This is a great area for walks in the evening.
