One bedroom has a king. The other bedroom has a queen. The living room has a full size sofa that would sleep an additional guest. Washer and dryer in kitchen. Gas grill and an awesome fire pit with seating and hammock. Wood provided. Pet friendly.

Perfect cottage for a girls trip. The lake-view was beautiful and the fire pit area was relaxing. The cottage was well stocked with everything we could need. The furniture, beds, and two outdoor seating ares were clean and comfortable. The Host was quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had. Would definitely stay again!

We were impressed with the cottage . Very clean and property manager was very friendly. We enjoyed fire circle and grill. Bedrooms were large.we visited the letchworth state park and saw all three falls. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Boat rental closed on Wednesday and sunday.

It was similar to its description. I do want to point out it was dirtier than I expected it to be. There was lots of dust and old food on the floor, more than I was comfortable with. I think it needed a more thorough cleaning than what I saw when I got there. Otherwise it fit the bill for a place to stay close to letchworth state park. Has a great view of the lake, spacious, cozy.

We chose this cottage because of its proximity to Letchworth State Park, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage was exactly as advertised—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with charming touches throughout. The view of the lake was beautiful, and the fire pit surrounded by string lights created a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings.It served as the perfect home base for our adventures exploring the gorge and was also an ideal place to reconnect with old friends who live about an hour away. They even brought their friendly yellow Labrador retriever, who enjoyed the setting as much as we did.One unexpected highlight was the abundance of wildlife. We loved listening to baby birds chirping from a nest in the eaves and watching the mother bird make constant trips back and forth to feed them. We also enjoyed seeing bunnies and chipmunks around the property and spotting herons along the lake.This cottage provided the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and convenience. We can't recommend it highly enough and would happily stay here again.

I am originally from Dallas, Texas. I spend my summers here in Western New York to escape the intense heat. I have been buying and remodeling properties for 30 years. I found this cottage in February of 2019 and thankfully bought it to rehab which turned out to be the very thing to get me through the pandemic. I worked every single day, no matter the temperature or weather conditions to get it ready to enjoy and share with others. I love dogs and people and look forward to making some really good friends through VRBO.

Why they chose this property

The neighbors are wonderful. Everyone is super friendly! The fire pit area is amazing and is the perfect hangout in the evening. The washer and dryer are nice and new. The view of the lake is beautiful without paying for an actual waterfront rental.

What makes this property unique

Well stocked kitchen with excellent filtered well water, a coffee maker, spices, deep fryer, crock pot, blender, microwave and sharp knives! The linens are of nice quality as well as the beach towels and bath towels. The bathroom is fully stocked with soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

The landscaping is nice as well as the pergola for dinner. The neighborhood is very quiet, especially during the week. The campground next door has a boat launch for 8.00.
