SECURITY:
For your protection and ours, there is 1 security camera on the front porch. This camera automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property.

CONVENIENT LOCATION:
Easy access to 321 for a short drive to Soaky Mountain Waterpark (5 mi), Pigeon Forge (10 mi), Dollywood (11 mi), Great Smoky Mountains National Park (19 mi), and Gatlinburg (20 mi).

PROPERTY USAGE:
Use all furniture, appliances, home goods as intended | no parties or large events | no smoking / vaping indoors | no illegal uses allowed | no drugs allowed | no firearms or fireworks allowed onsite

CAPACITY:
Up to 24 people. $100/guest/day will be charged for any guests above the maximum capacity.

BEARS + OTHER WILDLIFE/EXOTIC ANIMALS:
Do not feed, interact, or get close to bears and other wildlife. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR TRASH out on the decks, front porch, or cars. And do not leave children outside unattended.

UTILITY DISRUPTIONS:
Electricity, internet, and/or cable services may get interrupted during storms. Services usually resume in 1-2 hours.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Although it is rare for snow to impact the roads, please prepare adequate food supplies and have all-wheel drive transportation. NO refunds will be given for weather conditions. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.

CONSTRUCTION:
New homes are currently being improved and/or built on our street. During this period, you may see construction activity during the business hours of 8 AM and 5 PM EST.

PETS ALLOWED:
Up to 2 non-aggressive breed dogs only. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, please contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay's pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to accepting our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.

SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES:
A refundable $1,000 security deposit is collected approximately 4 days prior to arrival to pay for any extraordinary cleaning, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $80 per stay is also charged at booking.

EXTRA NOTES:
- A signed rental agreement and a copy of government-issued ID is required within 24 hours after booking.
- IDs are required for anyone involved with the booking, communications, and/or payment of your reservation.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years and remain present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations are allowed.
- While we try our best to update our listing on the property management system and VRBO regularly, sometimes an amenity and/or feature may be missing and/or represented incorrectly due to system errors. We are not responsible for anything that is not detailed in our description. Please inquire about any must-have amenities to confirm information before booking.
