Home has a large balcony, 3 separate patios (one with a fireplace), backyard games, and a fire pit. The game room has a pool table, card table, chess, blackjack/poker table, darts, boxed games and a large bar. This home features an in wall fish tank in the family room. Golf course within walking distance with views of course from windows. Historical Route 66 is just around the corner with multiple restaurants, bars, and museums in Downtown Kingman. Camping, hiking and biking available at Hualapai Mountain Park, Monilith Garden Trail, Badger Trail, Camp Beale Loop Trail, Cerbat Foothills Recreation Area, and so much more. It's an extraordinary stay!
