In this beautiful holiday apartment with a large south-facing terrace, you will be able to fully enjoy your stay in Kühlungsborn. Quiet, yet centrally located, this tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers space for a maximum of four holiday guests. A beautiful living room with integrated kitchen and sun terrace, two separate bedrooms and a beautiful shower room are available to the discerning guest. So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a fixed parking space directly behind the house (use included in the rental price). Bicycles brought along can be safely and dryly stored in the storage room.

Schöne FeWo

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der FEWO sehr genossen. Eine sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und sehr sauber. Soviel Geschirr in der Küche hatten wir, als alte FEWO Urlauber, bisher noch nie. Es fehlte an nichts. Was wir allerdings vermisst haben, war der Backofen. In den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Noch ein kleines Manko, der Fernseher hatte bei einigen Senders (ARD, WDR, NDR) keinen Ton. Auch die Fernbedienung war nicht optimal. Was auch positiv war, ist, dass es eine leise Wohnung war keine Geräusche der Nachbarn waren zu hören. Auch anzumerken ist, dass es einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradschuppen gab. Unterm Strich hat es uns gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder.

Alles in allem sehr schön zentral

Nette kleine Wohnung sauber , hatten alles was wir brauchten. Einen kleinen Park für unseren Hund und an der Promenade war man schnell. Hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Haus war auch sehr ruhig.

Schöne ruhige FEWO

Die FEWO ist ruhig gelegen mit PKW-Stellplatz mit WLAN, welches sogar manchmal funktionierte. Durch die Kiefern war die Wohnung schön Kühl aber dem ein oder anderen vielleicht etwas Dunkel. Kühl war diesen Sommer eindeutig wichtiger. Für Hundebesitzer nur bedingt gut, weil die Hundestrände sind weit weg und entweder zu klein oder zu karg mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Nach einem langen Marsch zum Hundestrand möchte man sich schon mal für den Rückweg ausruhen. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und Zufuß ist man schnell am Wasser. Wir waren sehr Zufrieden mit der FEWO.

Schöne Wohnung, schöner Urlaub!

Alles top in der Wohnung. Kleine Kopfkissen im Bett wären schön. Der Außenbereich Garten/ Terrasse könnten etwas ansprechender (z.b. blühende Blumen) gestaltet und gepflegt sein.

Ansprechendes Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist ansprechend möbliert und bestens ausgestattet. Sehr schön ist der Zugang zur Terrasse von allen Zimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, in der Rezeption war man hilfsbereit und freundlich.
