In this holiday home, which is similar to a terraced house, you can spend wonderfully relaxing holidays. The property runs over two levels and offers space for a maximum of four adult holiday guests and two children. The living room is on the ground floor, as is one of the two bathrooms. From the corridor you can reach the upper floor via a staircase. Here you come to the almost most beautiful room in the house: the bedroom with a balcony in front. From your bed or chair you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Salzhaff as part of the Baltic Sea. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor. The second bedroom is also located here. With this practical and well-thought-out floor plan, staying in any season is fun. And if the weather does not really play along, a stay in the wellness area of the small holiday complex is ideal. Early swimmers can do their laps here daily from 8:00 a.m. and have time until 10:00 p.m. in the evening. There is also a nice sauna (note limited opening hours) and a solarium. The distances are short: whether to the beach, to the Salzhaff with its beautiful restaurants, cafés and souvenir shops or to the center, everything can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The car can safely stop in the underground garage.
Living and cooking
The cozy living room is on the ground floor of the house. A beautiful wooden beam ceiling creates a particularly homely atmosphere. The kitchenette is integrated in the living room and also has a nice seat for eating.

Wellness area opening times:
The swimming pool is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
The sauna can be used on Tuesdays (4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. women only, 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.), Fridays (4:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Clock mixed).

The larger of the two bedrooms is furnished in a country house style and has a normal double bed. A large wardrobe offers enough space for the holiday wardrobe. The second bedroom is smaller, here a slightly narrower double bed has found its place.

There is a full bathroom with shower and toilet on each floor. So not only the family, but also two couples can spend a holiday together.
