Worth the experience

The stairs were unexpected, as far as the rooms being there. I generally need handicap accessible but this worked better than I thought it would. There was a problem with the washer and dryer though But the neighbors were helpful and friendly.

This newly renovated, comfy feel-good space has such a WARM atmosphere! This two bedroom one bath has a full kitchen stocked with dishes, a fridge, stove, and a microwave. This house is extremely spacious. Please enjoy the Flat Screen Smart TV, free HBOMax & Free WiFi, and shared patio area.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!
This area is still a growing area, much construction and remodeling should be anticipated. Not a high-traffic area. The neighborhood is mostly residential. Area is under gentrification: guests must be aware of surrounding vacant and distressed properties. Please see reviews for prior guests' perspectives.
