The place was a great space for what we needed. Excellent location. All appliances worked. Appreciated the fans as there was a heat advisory while we were there. Water pressure was great, but watch the hot water... It's hot!We rent houses to save on the cost of eating out when traveling, so the ability to cook is important to us. Under impressed with the kitchen supplies: no dish cloth, pot holders or kitchen towels. Multiple skillets, but only one 1qt pot, yet a massive strainer. Had to boil spaghetti in a skillet. No pitcher to make tea/drinks in. Only four place settings, which wouldn't have been an issue, but unable to clean anything without running the dishwasher since there were no clothes/towels. Outdoor grill was not cleaned, but also nothing to clean it with, lacked heat tents, making it unusable. If kitchen was better stocked would definitely be back!

This was such a great space! It was perfect for a long weekend visiting our sons at U of Memphis. This home was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We did not prepare meals in the kitchen, but we absolutely could have; it was well-equipped. Water pressure in the shower was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of this home is excellent if you’re visiting the University of Memphis. It’s super-close! It’s also only a short drive to Overland Park and the city. Very convenient!

Overall the house was nicely decorated and super clean. However, the house is located on a busy road in a partly nice, partly sketchy neighborhood. Also, the master bed needs an upgrade. While the mattress was comfy, the iron frame was very noisy. If you don’t mind the noise of the road or bed, the pictures give an honest representation of the house and you may enjoy your stay.

Trip Sept 5-7 This house was cute, location was not bad the neighborhood was ok. The property was great just a few things. No bed pillows in the second bed room, need to have tub mat it was slippery for elder, no grab bars on shower, also need to have a detachable shower head make easier for shower, Need cleaning supplies like detergent for washing your clothes and dish cloth for dishes and dish towels. Great house wifi was great. Location was not bad for where we needed to go I will give a 10 rating Love the house over all.

For clarification, each twin bed has a pillow and the queen bed is furnished with four pillows. A dish cloth and hand towel are placed to the right of the sink, with laundry detergent above the washer, and a dish pod, extra trash bag, and extra paper towels under the kitchen sink. The bathroom mat is draped over the tub for convenience, and all bathroom essentials are arranged on the vanity. For any spills or accidents, a broom, mop, and vacuum are available in the hallway closets. We truly value your visit and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future — we’d love to host you!

Three of us took a girls trip to Memphis, and we had an Amazing Time!! House was exactly as described, nice patio out back with chairs. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. It is on a busy road, so we always had to pull in the drive, and turning around was a little tight in a pickup truck. But it was doable, to be able to pull out instead of back out onto the road. But never had any issues. Would absolutely recommend! Only small Hiccup when we arrived the code that was sent to us didn’t update in the text, make sure to click the top of the app, check in info, that’s where I found the correct code. Have fun!
