Two bedrooms have king sized beds and two bedrooms have queen sized beds.

The backyard is another highlight to this wonderful house. The patio has everything you need, from a grill, to a eating area, to a lounging area, and more. Beyond the patio is a large lawn for children to play including a playground.
There is also a beautiful pond with a waterfall that lights up at night and creates fairytale feels and soothing sounds.

Great for family vacations

We were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway from NYC and this house was just perfect for the occasion. The house has so much character and such a cozy and welcoming feel as soon as you pull up to the driveway. We absolutely loved the open concept living space with the picturesque stone walls and oversized glass windows overlooking the beautiful landscape in the backyard. Our entire stay was spent gathered around the fireplace and that was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much Avery!

Great Place and Owner

Loved this place - very convenient to the town and areas for hiking. House and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Also, Avery was very great and quick in responding to any questions. Definitely recommend this place!
