Integrated into the dining area with dining table and Stühen and the fully equipped kitchenette with stove-oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher and much more. Also on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet.   The windows on the ground floor are provided with external blinds. Standard features of the house: a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, satellite TV, gas central heating and 1 parking space at the house.
