In the centre of Schwalenberg, on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 500 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 150 m2 with lawn and flowers. Terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Mengersenstrasse" 300 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Hermannsdenkmal Detmold 25 km, Deutsche Märchenstrasse 500 m, Externsteine Horn 20 km, Porzellanmanufaktur Fürstenberg 32 km, Künstlerkolonie Schwalenberg 500 m, Westfälisches Freilichtmuseum Detmold 25 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Hiking paths: Burgenstieg 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The homeowner is an avid beer brewer who likes to give an insight into the “Schwalenberger Braukunst” to interested holiday guests.

Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the city. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The balcony is located on the ground floor (access via staircase).

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Der einzige Nachteil für uns war die steile lange Treppe nach oben. Bei gesundheitlichen Problemen das Gepäck nach oben zu bekommen war schon nicht ohne.

Unser Kurzurlaub war wirklich super. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, sauber, urgemütlich, alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr schöne Gegend mit romantischen alten Gebäuden, Cafés, Winzer und gute Restaurants. Ein kleiner Markt ist vor Ort mit Bäcker, Metzger und den notwendigen Sachen. Wir freuen uns wieder dort hin zu fahren.

Bij binnenkomst ziet het er schoon uit maar onder de stoel, bank en bed ligt veel stof en rommel. Ook zijn er wat kleine klusjes te doen zoals keuken deurtjes vastzetten en in badkamer de botstelhouder en handdoeken beugel. Veel spinnenrag aan alle plafondns. Verder wel een fijn appartement.
