North Sea coast directly on the dyke

Our house on the dike is located directly on the dike on the North Sea coast, the natural beach is within walking distance. Quiet cul de sac location (3Häuser). Sandy beaches in Neßmersiel and Norddeich and many destinations can be reached in a few minutes.
Our starfish is a ground floor apartment, stepless access.
Large garden with seating, sun loungers, beach chair, log cabin with table tennis, playground equipment, barbecue.

Ruhige FeWo direkt am Naturstrand

Alles soweit in Ordnung und wie im Inserat beschrieben... Einziger Hinweis: Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng und wenn ein anderer Gast 20cm zu weit vorne oder zu weit links parkt, kommt man fast nicht mehr rein oder raus... Lässt sich aber räumlich nicht ändern...

Very nice

Sehr schön und ruhig, direkt 3 Meter vom Deich entfernt, und ca 300 Meter zum ersten Deich, wo dahinter die Nordsee beginnt. Zum Radfahren, spazieren gehen und entspannen Spitzenklasse! Vermieterin und Vermieter sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und bestens organisiert. Die Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus, ein größeres Auto (SUV) finden dort ggf schwierig Platz, Parkmöglichkeit oben am Deich. Am Haus ist ein Garten mit Trampolin, Wippe und kleiner Rutsche für Kleinkinder und einer Schaukel und einer Tischtennisplatte, die in einem Holzhaus steht. Sehr schön. Ein Grill gehört mit zur Ausstattung und in einem separaten Häuschen direkt an der Wohnung kann man Wäsche waschen und aufhängen. Danke dass wir dort unseren Urlaub verbringen konnten und beste Grüße!

Netter Kurzurlaub

Das Objekt war im großen und ganzen sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Wir haben einen netten Kurzurlaub übers Wochenende verbracht. Die Kinder haben sich total über den Kinderfreundlichen Garten gefreut. Wirklich Klasse! Einzig ohne Auto ist man hier aufgeschmissen, da sich laut Google selbst ein Bäcker erst in 10km Entfernung befindet... Sonst aber alles super 😉

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit skandinavischem Flair

Hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Leider hatten wir ca. 3 Tage kein Signal und kein W-Lan. Somit nicht für ausländische Angehörige und Geschäftspartner in Online Meetings nicht erreichbar. Tolle Strände und Aktivitäten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war sehr schön. Fahrt nach Norderney, Fisch satt, Shopping, viele Museen und Einkaufszentrum, SEHR GERNE WIEDER!!!!

-vielen Dank! Bauarbeiter hatten Freitags die Leitung oben an der Straße gekappt, .Es war Wochenende.Wir haben ununterbrochen mit dem Notdienst der EWE telefoniert das ganze Wochenende lang und Ihnen dieses auch immer mitgeteilt.Leider haben wir erst am Sonntagabend erfahren das die Leitung beschädigt wurde durch Bauarbeiten.Montags wurde der Schaden dann behoben.Mehr konnten wir nicht tun. Unser Internet ist direkt an der Küste nicht zu vergleichen mit dem in der Großstadt-andere Leitungen haben wir nicht und können dieses leider nicht ändern. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute!

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen, nette Vermieter

Martina und ihr Mann waren tolle Gastgeber. Wir durften sogar Traktorfahren und beim Kühe melken zuschauen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und der Garten sensationell. Gerade den Kids hat das super gefallen. Zahlreiche Hotspots sind von Hilgenriedersiel leicht mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir wohnten sehr ruhig und genossen die Ruhe. Vielen Dank!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der Natur

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Wir kamen spät an und der Checkin wurde unkompliziert organisiert. Apartment recht gemütlich, Küche gut ausgestattet, gemeinsam genutzter Hof mit Trampolin und Grillmöglichkeit. Man ist etwas ab vom Schuss, kann aber mit Auto viele schöne Orte erreichen. Zudem ist es dort ruhig und untouristisch, man kann direkt von Haus aus gut spazieren gehen, am besten auf dem alten Deich. Das Meer ist nicht weit, zum echten Badestrand muss man aber fahren

Ein gutes Domizil zum entspannen!

Direkt am Deich, sehr ruhig, schöner Garten zum entspannen. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN nicht immer verfügbar!

das freut mich sehr,ja unser Wlan ist nicht das Beste,leider können wir es dort am Deich nicht ändern.An einigen Stellen gehts besser ,an anderen schlechter.
