Welcome to perfection! Our home is an easy walk to restaurants in East Nashville, 3.5m from downtown Nashville, 6m from Vandy/VUMC/Belmont, and 10m from the airport.

Get cozy in our 4-bedroom / 2-bath home with a family-friendly basement and two separate office spaces to meet all your work, play, and fitness needs with ease (and style)! Head outside to the patio that opens up to a 1/3 acre yard with lots of space and gorgeous views.

The Space:
Welcome weary travelers to your home away from home. Whether you are on a short business trip or looking for a longer stay, our home is perfect to help you unwind after a long day’s work.

While the pictures try, they really don’t do justice for this tastefully renovated home. The drive from the airport or downtown will bring you into the quiet, safe, and walkable Lockeland Springs neighborhood of East Nashville.

The keypad entry on the doors make coming and going easy with no worries of forgetting or losing the key—and even if you do forget the code, your experienced and friendly hosts (hi!) are happy to send you a reminder text.

Kick off your shoes at the front door, pour a glass of wine, and turn on some jazz at the bar in the main living area just off the entry to the right. To the left of the entry is a dining table ready to be set for dinner after it is cooked in the newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen (feel free to use whatever pantry items are available).

After dinner, head down to the basement to wind down with a workout, email catch-up or a movie. The fully renovated space is equipped with all modern, top-of-the-line comforts of home.

Sleeping options include one (1) bedroom with a queen bed, two (2) bedrooms with a full bed, and a daybed/trundle (2 twin beds) combination in the upstairs loft. The house is wired with Fiber Optics internet for blazing fast speeds that meet all your online needs.

Recreational activities nearby include a bouldering gym, disc golf course, traditional golf course (and practice range) within biking distance. There are also tons of walking/running/biking trails connected to the area through the Nashville Greenways system in Shelby Park. For those interested, bikes are available for your leisure in the garage.

Guest Access:
The rental is for the full home. We use keypad entry - your codes will be sent through AirBNB to you prior to your check-in date. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues - we are just across the river and can pop by if you need us!

Getting Around:
The home is situated in Lockeland Springs with several tasty food options in very easy walk or biking distance -- including Jenni's ice cream, Japanese, Mexican, and TN BBQ.

For those looking to unwind with a nice night out, Uber/Lyfts from the house are about 5 minutes to main food/bar scenes in East Nashville, 12 minutes to downtown Nashville, and 18-25 minutes to the airport outside rush hour.

Lime scooters are available and can be easily parked.

For those wanting a bit more activeness to their commutes, bike share program are nearby at Porter and Eastland.

Please park all personal vehicles in the driveway (left of the house). There is plenty of space for up to three cars in the drive and two more in front of the house.

Other Things to Note:
Our home caters to business professionals and their families relative to the party scene of Nashville. Please be respectful to our neighbors, most of whom live there full-time with their children.

If you’re looking for a spot to host a bachelor or bachelorette party, we are not it – but happy to give you a local’s take on safe and fun locations in the area.

Everything is keyless. You will receive a code to enter and will be active during the duration of your stay.
