About this property

Enjoy a newly updated space, perfect for families or groups who are visiting the beautiful Ozarks! Each room is designed to help guests relax with comfy king/queen mattresses, lush bedding, large TV's and light blocking curtains. The kitchen comes fully stocked and the family room includes a large sectional, perfect for large groups or families. The home is 20 minutes from downtown Springfield and 30 minutes from Branson, with shopping and the Ozark Mill being 8 minutes away!
The space
The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a perfect place to call “home”! The house is right off of highway 65 with easy access to everything.

The primary suite features a super comfy king size bed, quality bedding, light blocking curtains, a 60" smart TV, a cozy chair to curl up in and read a good book, and an alarm clock with a charging station. There’s an attached bathroom stocked with luxury shampoos, conditioners, bath products and more. A large walk-in closet is attached.

The other bedrooms both feature comfy queen size beds, quality bedding, light blocking curtains, 58" and 50" smart TV’s, and an alarm clock with a charging station. A bathroom sits between the two rooms and has a bath/shower combo and is stocked with luxury shampoos, conditioners, bath products and more.

The newly updated kitchen has beautiful marble countertops and is fully stocked with a good amount of dinnerware, serving dishes, cookware, coffee machine, toaster, blender and all the gadgets for your cooking needs. The kitchen has a breakfast nook with a 4 person table.

The family room features a large sectional perfect for large groups or families and a 75" smart TV and is also stocked with lots of board games. The dining room, which opens up to the family room has a 6 person table. Outside you can enjoy a quiet space, 2 big beautiful trees to give you some privacy, a 6 person table to dine at, and a seating area to enjoy the outdoors.

High-speed wifi is included, as well as smart TV’s in every room, including the family room. Hulu live tv is complimentary and all other streaming services are available for guests to login to.

A large washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board are available for any clothing needs. Pack-n-plays and other children’s items are available upon request.

Guests access the front door using the keypad lock. We allow early check-ins upon request. For parking, guests can use the driveway or the 2 car garage.

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was easy to find and very handy to Hwy 65. Exactly as advertised and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice and Clean!

The home was very clean and welcoming. Nice kitchen with the necessities available. TVs in every room which is nice for the kids/adults to watch different things. Jesika was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Will definitely keep this one on our list for future trips!

Short Stay for Father's Passing

This property was in the perfect location and house served our every need well. Even tho it was chilly outside, it was good to have the backyard for some of the kids to go out in the sun and do their school work as well as to burn some energy. Having the tvs in every room also helped us to be able to entertain our variety of ages and genders with movies that they would enjoy. Overall, very good experience and rental.
