Relax with your family in this recently updated 1800-square-foot property with a 3-season sunroom overlooking a beautiful water feature (seasonal). The condo has a spacious living room with a 55-inch TV, a stunning kitchen with granite countertops, and a separate dining room. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. The unit is located on the second floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs to access the main floor. The main floor bedrooms have king beds. There is a queen bed in the open loft bedroom as well as 2 roll-away beds. This is a great area for kids! Additionally, the upstairs bedroom features a dedicated work space, complete with a writing desk, an office chair, and a desk lamp. There is also a rocker/glider, highchair, baby gate, and pack 'n play for the little ones. Spend time as a family playing with the provided board games, enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom, or curl up with one of the provided books on the sofa! The unit is well-stocked with the essentials required for your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more.

Pointe Royale is a gated golf community with beautifully maintained grounds and access to Lake Taneycomo. Enjoy fishing with artificial lures right from the property grounds. The Club House is a short walk right across the street! There, you will find a restaurant, Pro Shop, large outdoor and indoor pools (outdoor pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day), an outdoor hot tub, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and a workout room. Boat parking is available across the street at Branson Self Storage for a fee. We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the 76 Strip, 8 miles from Silver Dollar City, and 5 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake. You will never be far from any of the fun that Branson has to offer! This is a 2nd-floor unit, so it is not recommended for individuals with difficulty navigating stairs.

Nice location close to the clubhouse pool and the condo was very clean and well arranged. It had some nice extra touches with some game, puzzles, and books for non digital entertainment. Also plenty of silverware and tools for cooking and eating. A few miner flaws but the condo overall was in excellence condition. We would stay there again.

Great girls night out!

I took my teenage daughters and friends here for a girls night out and it was perfect! Clean and plenty of space ! The girls loved the loft area ! We didn’t use the pool bc it was too cold to walk back but looks like it would be great in warmer weather! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect For Family Trip

This was the perfect place for us, our adult children and grandchildren! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, but was also able to be together. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful family vacation!

We loved this condo! The location is close to Table Rock and only about a 20 minute drive to most local attractions. We really enjoyed being so close to the pool as well. The condo itself worked great for my family of 5- we saved a lot of money by using the furnished kitchen rather than eating out all the time. Thanks Kathy! We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent Experience

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was clean and well maintained. The property was quiet and family friendly. Having the clubhouse and the pool directly across the street was a great benefit. The sunroom was a big hit and the sound of the fountain behind the property provided a tranquil backdrop to our morning coffee. We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving!

We had an amazing time at the condo! I was an amazing place and we had enough room for everyone and the little one had plenty of room to run around! Loved that we didn't have to pack all the big highchair and bed for the baby that helped a lot! Loved the kitchen and everything that was in there to make Thanksgiving dinner! We would go back again!
