Holiday Kutscherhaus by the sea with a south-facing balcony - 4-room apartment with a balcony and W-Lan

Holiday with sea view! - The spacious apartment is located in the coach house of the built in 1900 Zinnowitz beach villas "forest and lake" directly on the beautiful (car-free) beach promenade. The beach villas were restored in 2001 in the classic style of the resort architecture and reflect even today the splendor of the former bathing establishment. The tastefully furnished apartment with four rooms and a dining area in the kitchen, which offers an indescribable view of the sea and the beach promenade, is located in the former carriage house. The apartment is about 88 square meters and has a south facing balcony towards the forest of sun worshipers in the pre and post season is particularly appreciated. Access to the coach house is via the spacious outside staircase directly from the beach promenade as well as from the parking lot from the forest side. Many guests especially appreciate the quiet location of the apartment with a separate entrance and the short walk to the white beach. In front of the coach house is a bench overlooking the sea, which invites you to linger. The center of Zinnowitz with all shops, restaurants and important facilities is about 600 m and the pier about 400 m.

The apartment with 3 bedrooms is simply beautiful. A modern, tasteful equipment and plenty of space (88 sqm) for 6 people make the apartment a popular holiday home. The living room has a comfortable seating area, a large flat screen TV and a stereo system. In the front area of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The 3 beautiful bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bunk bed and a tandem bed, as well as wardrobes. There is a bathroom with bath and vanity, as well as a separate toilet. For a sunny change, the balcony to the south side with seating furniture. The Wi-Fi network in the apartment can be used free of charge. For your comfort, the beds are available on request for a fee on arrival and towels are ready (initial supply).

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren in Familie über Ostern in der Ferienwohnung, die sehr geräumig ist und alles aufweist, was man für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Angefangen von der Top-Lage in erster Reihe an der Strandpromenade, einem eigenen Parkplatz über eine sehr saubere, große Wohnung mit zusätzlich Süd-Balkon und sehr guter Ausstattung (Küche, Willkommensgruss etc.) bis hin zur sehr guten Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
