New, Bavarian cozy apartment for max. 4 people with two double beds, shower and bath. Kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and coffee machine for powder and beans. A beautiful terrace and mountain views are a matter of course. It is only a 5-minute walk to the train station. Free parking spaces available. Very nicely located on Via Julia. 50 and 40 inch flat screen.

Schöne Wohnung - freundliche Vermieter

Diese Wohnung ist super schön, sehr nett eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Eine schöne Terrasse bietet die Möglichkeit zum entspannten verweilen. Häufig täuschen Bilder bezüglich der Realität - hier trifft alles zu und man kann sich sofort sehr wohl fühlen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen und bietet mit dem Auto diverse Ausflugsziele (Berge, Seen, Tierpark, Therme etc.). Fußläufig gelegen (ca. 15 Minuten) findet man einen wunderschönen Spielplatz direkt am Mangfall. Ebenfalls gut zu erreichen sind Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen, Bäcker und Apotheke. Eine Buchung der Wohnung lohnt sich zweifelsohne, wir werden es gerne wieder tun.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ausstattung war vollständig vorhanden und alles war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Regionalbahn, die etwa stündlich ziemlich nah am Haus vorbei fährt hört man fast gar nicht, da die Wohnung sehr gut gedämmt ist. In der Sonne konnte man auf der Südterrasse wunderschön sitzen unmd in die Berge gucken. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Auf Grund eines plötzlichen Wasserschadens konnten wir den unteren Teil der Wohnung nach einigen Tagen nicht mehr nutzen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, war es aber nicht so schlimm. Die Vermieter waren sehr kulant und erstatteten uns einen Teil der Reisekosten. Insgesamt war es einen wunderschöner Urlaub in der tollen Umgebung Bayerns. Von der Ferienwohnung aus waren viele Ausflugsziele nach relativ kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich fußläufig im Ort. Wir möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich für den schönen und angenehmen Urlaub bedanken. Es hat uns ganz viel Spaß gemacht. Ganz liebe Grüße aus der Nähe von Berlin

Alles was man braucht für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bayern.

Wirklich wunderbare Ferienwohnung die Raum für 4 Personen bietet. Wir waren nur zu zweit, haben das EG bewohnt. Tolle Terrasse, sehr gute Ausstattung, Bad mit großer Dusche und Badewanne. Auch die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Umgebung wunderbar, Seen zum Baden, tolle Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür oder schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar (Wendelstein ca. 40 min.) oder Fahrradfahren. Ein Hinweis - es liegt eine Zugstrecke in Sichtweite. Allerdings nur für eine Regionalbahn. Da ich selbst lärmempfindlich bin, war ich erstaunt, das die Bahn einen nicht stört – selbst bei geöffneten Fenstern.
