This approximately 45 square meters apartment on the ground floor with a terrace of a condominium in Dahme on the Baltic Sea is located near the beach and the center. The apartment has a living room with sofa bed and a modern dining area. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The modern shower room and the separate kitchen are also included. A parking space is located directly at the house. Washer and dryer are available in the house and can be used for a small fee. In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Dahmer promenade! Wir können dieses Appartement nur empfehlen. Top Lage ( zentral und dennoch ruhig. Nachts kann man bei offenem Fenster das Meer rauschen hören, was super beruhigend ist. Der Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Eine Bank, sowie ein Fahrradverleih hat man quasi auch vor der Tür.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für erholsame Tage. Der Balkon ist schön groß und man kann abends wunderbar in den Sternenhimmel schauen. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Allerdings haben die Matratzen des Betts ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, leider sehr unbequem, da die Federn in den Rücken drücken. In der Küche ist das nötigste Vorhanden, jedoch wäre ein Schneidebrettchen z.B noch ganz gut. Eine Sache die uns am meisten " gestört" hat war, dass der Zugewiesene Parkplatz der FeWo ständig von jemand anderes benutzt worden ist und wir manchmal in einer nebenstraße Parken mussten.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung Lindenhof 5. Die Buchung war ganz unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar gelegen mit großem Balkon. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr schön.. Kleinere Mängel, wie defekte Kleiderhaken im Bad sowie fehlende Küchenutensilien lassen sich sicher leicht beheben. Leider ist keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Allerdings ist das Duschen mit minimalstem Wasserdruck ein Erlebnis. Die Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon und auch der Sessel im Wohnzimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Beine der Stühle am Eßtisch sind locker. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung kein zugehöriges WLAN (war vorher bekannt) , wäre aber schön wenn es eingerichtet würde. Wir werden wieder in Dahme urlauben, aber in einer anderen Unterkunft.
